Finally, I am done with all the sage classes.
Ah Pent, one of the best pre-promotes ever. With his higher Con, he can easily wield Fimbulvetr (after using the body rings) without having any speed penalty. It still saddens me by the fact that his affinity is defense based.
Like teacher, like student. His damage against the dragon is exactly the same as Erk, but with lower critical due to affinity. Oh well, he does have higher avoid though.
I will start part 4 soon after Louise Journey is uploaded (next character journey). So prepare to play some mini-games and with your requests when her video is up!

Pent is, in my opinion, the best unit in the entire game.
Despite how everything has ridiculously high resistance (Kenneth) Pent is still amazing.

Pent, the useful Green unit. Only if you don’t care about Genesis, that is.
Jerme and Ursula, the laughingstocks of the Black Fang. Unless we include Battle Before Dawn. However, Ursula’s death was not caused by a crit. She got critted, but didn’t die from it. What a rare occurrence.
Guess he’s just unleashing all of his pent up anger on the Morphs. How dare they get in the way of his studies.
The enemies hit chance and damage are actually pretty normal this time... somewhat. Compared to other journeys, yes.
Hey! Guess what! Gespenst still never hits. Now that I think about it, Bolting rarely hits either in these. And if you REALLY think on it, nothing hits all that much in these!

I wonder what a battle conversation between Nergal and Pent would look like.
Finally. Pent gets to truly see a dragon. Now he can study better!
In summary, this was like Living Legend all over again. Pent, the destroyer of worlds.

thesiaoz hahaha nah, it was only the ever lasting sound of healing hp at the dragon fight. 8 damage for 120 hp, that took a while.

It's not about the support for that, it is to protect Eliwood. Try imagine what would happen 2 turns later (especially with Linus) if Pent attacked behind the wall.

1) Linus will attack Pent behind the walls too, due to Tomahawk in his posession. A change in his ending position.
2) If Pent doesn't kill Linus on retaliation (at least a critical), he has to choose between Lloyd or Linus to attack on the following turn.
3) If Linus survives, one unit will have no way of hiding due to the lack of space available.
4) Eliwood will most likely to be targeted because he is not trained. Definitely a gameover if he was attacked.

Pause at 8:11 and look at Linus attacking range, then look at where I position Eliwood. That will be my answer.
How you got the Fimbulvetr? That was impossible to get... unless you use the mine trap.
It is not impossible. Simply trace back on where you see the tome and you will realise where you can get it.
