I think the difference is in the material. Jeans squish a real butt down, where legging material sits on top. So when someone has a BBL, their butt retains that super firm round appearance in material that should flatten it to some degree.
You right it depends on the material... if I wear levis.. my butt fattens... but if i wear stretch true religion jeans, my butt sits high and plump... and I don't have a bbl... certain brands and lack of stretch make all the difference
It has to do with the anatomy of the glutes. Naturally the majority of the fat sits lower and connect to your hamstrings. BBLs put the volume in the hip dip area and the upper glute. So with jeans being tailored to the waist, in jeans the upper part of the BBL sits unnaturally far out

It’s because the jeans have less stretch. So, it might tug on things a certain way, that make it more obvious that it’s not a natural shape. Like a haircut that looks fine, but only as long as you only style it the same way that that the person who cut it did.
I was thinking the same. Jeans don't always take into account naturally curvy bodies. Some of my friends had issues with jeans fitting right growing up, and I remember Janet Jackson talking about how it was difficult to find jeans that fit her waist and butt. She had to size up to fit her butt which left a gap at her waist.

It’s not about having ‘issues with jeans’, it’s about looking unnatural….celebs probably don’t have issues with jeans if they’re rich, they have their jeans custom made for their bodies, a BBL is still going to look unnatural even then, because the thighs are going to be looking disproportionately smaller compared to the butt (that’s where the doctor takes the fat from to enlarge the butt). Sometimes it’s the torso that looks too lean, like all the fat has been sucked out, but then bam, you see a butt is full and round…it looks ‘off’.
She’s had a lot of work done. But it looks great. With her money she has access to top surgeons. She looks stunning but you can’t deny she’s had work done.

Two things 1. A lot of bbl can be seen if you wear leggings. Honestly ,most of them can. 2. Because leggings are form fitting, they will hugg all of your curves, making a very well-done bbl look good . However, jeans hug but are not stretchy, so when they hug, they only hug certain areas very tight. This means the inconsistent tight fit may be hugging the end of the bbl tighter than other parts, which will show off the bbl more than leggings.

When you watch the music videos for her lion king songs she’s in a bikini a few times. You can see how flat her stomach is and how tiny her waist is. It wasn’t like that before. Her hips and behind are much larger than before. That’s when I saw that she had at least one BBL.
I’ve had a bbl and you literally can’t tell. It does not keep a firm feel. That goes away within weeks. I did it to fill in the outer part where fat and muscle just doesn’t go on me and kinda caved in if you will lol. I have a really wide pelvis but small waist so the outcome just depends on the person and also who you go to. If you have thicker thighs and the surgeon really knows what he’s doing then it’ll look very natural like nothing was done. I also didn’t realize most people get a bbl done more than once for that certain look. There’s only so much fat they can transfer at once legally.

It’s because the jeans have less stretch. So, it might tug on things a certain way, that make it more obvious that it’s not a natural shape. Like a haircut that looks fine, but only as long as you only style it the same way that that the person who cut it did.

I am natural and I have always had issues with my jeans. For me it depends on the jeans are made. So this is not necessarily true.
I was thinking the same. Jeans don't always take into account naturally curvy bodies. Some of my friends had issues with jeans fitting right growing up, and I remember Janet Jackson talking about how it was difficult to find jeans that fit her waist and butt. She had to size up to fit her butt which left a gap at her waist.
It’s not about “having issues with jeans,” it’s something different. It’s hard to describe unless you’ve seen it 1000+ times like I have. I work for a plastic surgeon in one of the plastic surgery capitals of America.

It’s not about having ‘issues with jeans’, it’s about looking unnatural….celebs probably don’t have issues with jeans if they’re rich, they have their jeans custom made for their bodies, a BBL is still going to look unnatural even then, because the thighs are going to be looking disproportionately smaller compared to the butt (that’s where the doctor takes the fat from to enlarge the butt). Sometimes it’s the torso that looks too lean, like all the fat has been sucked out, but then bam, you see a butt is full and round…it looks ‘off’.

A bbl alone doesn’t look fake. Going to the wrong surgeon or having it done too many times is what makes it look fake. Plus people with an already curvy body with fat there looks more natural than somebody with skinny thighs getting it done multiple times. Like breast implants, they can look super fake or like no one ever knew that person had implants. A bbl is no different.

I saw Beyoncé when she was in Destinys Child. Although cute, she did not have that body shape. Her early album cover photos show her body was similar to Aaliyah’s shape.
Beyoncé’s body was never like Aaliyah’s, Michelle and LeToya’s bodies are though. I’ve been listening to and watching Beyoncé since ‘97 and she has always been curvy, but her bum was never this pronounced. Aaliyah was super slim and straight up and down. Aaliyah didn’t have pronounced hips or a butt, the baggy clothes she wore made her look curvy, but if you look at videos and pictures of her right before she passed, she wore clothes that fit and you can see her true body shape.

Two things
1. A lot of bbl can be seen if you wear leggings. Honestly ,most of them can.
2. Because leggings are form fitting, they will hugg all of your curves, making a very well-done bbl look good . However, jeans hug but are not stretchy, so when they hug, they only hug certain areas very tight. This means the inconsistent tight fit may be hugging the end of the bbl tighter than other parts, which will show off the bbl more than leggings.

When you watch the music videos for her lion king songs she’s in a bikini a few times. You can see how flat her stomach is and how tiny her waist is. It wasn’t like that before. Her hips and behind are much larger than before. That’s when I saw that she had at least one BBL.

I’ve had a bbl and you literally can’t tell. It does not keep a firm feel. That goes away within weeks. I did it to fill in the outer part where fat and muscle just doesn’t go on me and kinda caved in if you will lol. I have a really wide pelvis but small waist so the outcome just depends on the person and also who you go to. If you have thicker thighs and the surgeon really knows what he’s doing then it’ll look very natural like nothing was done. I also didn’t realize most people get a bbl done more than once for that certain look. There’s only so much fat they can transfer at once legally.
