Her solos are always amazing. I wish that their studio album's refected their live sound. I was already a fan before Days Are Gone came out and I literally went out and bought the CD in a record store and when I listened to it I was like WHERE ARE THE GUITARS? WHERE ARE THE SOLOS? Top notch rock band... Top notch pop album's. I saw HAIM live in 2014. Phenomenal show. I love everything they do.
Damn I love HAIM so much. Such a great, great band. Perfection. And I would be remiss if I didn’t mention Este’s boots. She has the best taste in shoes! Wish I had her style sense. Of course she backs it up with brilliant bass playing. Can’t wait for COVID19 to fuck off so we can go see HAIM live again playing WIMPIII! Bring on the 🇦🇺 stadium tour.
Román G-R the beauty of music; each to their own. To me, one of the best bands around. Great song writing, great lyrics, great tunes, perfect harmonies, excellent musicianship, interesting production and honest, joyful performances. ✅ all my boxes. And yes, Este’s playing is impeccable. (And she’s a great dancer 💃 😁)
*Lots of men in the comments complaining because their masculinity is too fragile to handle women being more talented and successful than they will ever be.*
Are men not allowed to criticise because they are a girl band? There are some fantasitic female bands and musicians around now - way better and more successful than I’ll ever be, and good luck to them. Check out Larkin Poe, Molly Tuttle, The Regrettes, Samantha Fish, The Big Moon, The Orielles, Courtney Barnett for a starter... Sadly though I really struggle to look on Haim as much more than an average pub band that have somehow made it big. They are inoffensive but kind of meh. People like then - that’s fine but sorry I can’t see the appeal.
This song makes me sad, but happy. i worked with this guy, I thought it was leading to something. He chose his bf, so I ended up leaving the job and moving 160 miles. Sad but also empowering.
I was just reading the comments from the previous Haim video when this one invaded my screen. Someone in RUclips seems to have decided that they can make more money by having no gap between videos. However some of us may not bother with RUclips if we don't like the way it's being run. Perhaps (= maybe in the US) we'll watch some RUclips but not as much because we've found something else
Me to friend: 'She's actually a really underrated guitarist in my opinion.' Plays solo. Friend looks at me. Me: 'Er...that wasn't exactly her finest piece of work.'
Their comment sections have always been like this. But they've definitely built their fanbase over the years of actual supportive people. I usually just avoid the content section unless its their channel. Like some people be making the weirdest comments. "I wonder if the bassist, makes those same faces in bed at home", and I'm like...what kind of comment is that🙃
Really want these girls to be authentic and the real deal. Discovered them doing the Fleetwood Mac classic Oh Well and have since sort out their videos. My issue is their latest album has a cast of thousands. So many musicians and producers. How much of what's put on record is them ? Original Fleetwood Mac, four musicians, one producer.
Have you listened to their latest album. Danielle helped produce the whole album and it's mainly the girls plus Ronstaim, ariel. Such a timeless album and def sees a genuine progression for these ladies.
I'm a bit old fashioned I've actually bought WIMPiii on CD. That's why in my comment above I mentioned the plethora of extra musicians and the army of producers and engineers. Are they really necessary ? I do like the album and it's a step up from their previous two, which I also own. More consistent and not so front loaded. I just worry that it's becoming too much the Danielle Haim show with the other two side lined. I'd have thought on an album of sixteen songs they could have let Este and Alana do one lead vocal each.
I think it's fun! Why not? It's presentation - and, above all, entertainment..! It works - and the audience love it, when musicians drop their usual instruments, and do something different, even if it's pre-planned!
Playing an unknown new song mid-set is always risky and this seemed to kill the atmosphere of their set. Haim are a great bad, and very talented, but a big festival is not the place to do too much new material, especially if your`e not headlining. The crowd want the hits and the stuff they know.
this looks like a high school band. I usually don't mind Haim, but this performance is fucking worse than Liam Gallagher singing wonderall at the olympics
This is so good
Haim is one of the best bands out there and the fact that they are Sisters is even better
So much talent in here
Danielle doing the guitar solo is everything.

And your cliché is nothing.
She's obviously listened to a lot of Lindsey Buckingham
@@ianhampton1208 Yes. And they do an awesome cover of Oh Well too.
that control on the SG is heaven
Definitely, Haim's one of my favourites.

Un solo de batterie & de percu époustouflant : thanks Girls & continuer toujours d'être aussi belles à travers toute cette sincérité musicale !!!
HAIM is my new favorite band.
ESTE is my Queen!
LOVE their music!
RIGHT NOW! RIGHT NOW!
They are the best and Este is simply a killer bass player. Faultless.
@@peterbondy I like the bassist but not the band... :|

Fantastic song. Sweet and powerful.
Anyone bitching has truly lost the beauty of 'live' music played by normal people.
I love this song and they're so talented❤
Some guy just replied to me lishing too hiam how rude where's his we are all different yeah molly lol
My first time seeing them, count me a fan❤️💪💪💪
Amazing live performance! 🙌
Bloody love that drummin
This give me sick Genesis moods..Phil would be proud
This is everything
Imagine being that guy on drums and thinking "I'm not even the best drummer in this band".
great show, but they are not " best drummers" its a novelty thing" oh look three sisters bang a drum " the real drummer is awesome
@@SymenSez It's a Beatles reference. There's also plenty of videos of Danielle drumming, even with other artists, and she's a fine drummer.
J’adore c’est vraiment sympa avec le drumming
Yes! Pure Rock!
best version of this song
HAIM: ok, let's go out laid back, with black pants.
ESTE: glam as hell!
Love Haim .
Refreshing
come through guitar ❤
The fact people forget Danielle was a touring guitarist for Julian Casablancas for YEARS.....
and play drums for jenny lewis too!!
*Lots of men in the comments complaining because their masculinity is too fragile to handle women being more talented and successful than they will ever be.*
Bob Salerno this is talented ?! Lol at you Bob. The drummer is a man too. That guitar solo was shit. I could do better with my eyes closed 😂
Bob , They are a lazy band. Success went to their head. There is no SPS syndrome here except from you.
They are boring. You need to hear "The Warning" those girls know how to rock and they are sisters too
Are men not allowed to criticise because they are a girl band?

Jim Clarke Hi Jim, I know this is hard for a lot of men to absorb, but no one actually gives a shit about your opinions. Thanks, everyone.
Wow!! I'm new to Haim and I likee. I guess I expected some little chickee dredge but they're a rock band!! Nice.
fantastic !
I luv it

Me hubiera gustado estar entre el público ese día...

Poor men! They are so sensitive. They get scared of the huge talent of these three wonderful women. Their power is just so much for them. Poor things!
Erm, WTF R U talking about?
I’m not intimidated. They are fantastic, what a collection of talented musicians and what a voice.
Don’t make ASSumptions.
Totally agree they are 10times better than some of the male rock groups out there you go gi tks

Was hoping for In a gadda da vida guitar solo...
Wonderful music 🤗🙏🍻
johnny johnny yes papa
Danielle seems to be very talented guitar player.
Those legs on the bass. Terrific song and performance
Yeah... But the red boots,,,,...!!!
I've seen them called a pop band. My old rock school ears beg to differ.
where do they come from ??
Los Angeles

Turn off the "auto play" button
Me to friend: 'She's actually a really underrated guitarist in my opinion.'
Plays solo. Friend looks at me.
Me: 'Er...that wasn't exactly her finest piece of work.'
Why does this feel like a church praise song at the beginning.
It reminds me of the beginning of Joe Cocker's "With a little help from my friends" in Woodstock. It has something of (a) spiritual.
Man, I hate BBC sound mixes, and this is a perfect example. That cannot have been the FOH mix. I'm not sure how they manage to be so consistently bad.
I hate it too!
🤔 im sure these wonderful three are sisters.
Danielle: Will's mum when she was younger
The singer reminds me of PJ Harvey 😍
Better be careful! Danielle looks like she might cut a dude that treats her badly!!!!
Avoid the comment section! Toxic masculinity and the patriarchy are at large! 🥴🤢

Guitar play is great, hope the singing / songs will improve a bit on the weak side of what could be 👍😍👍 they al great in making music 🤘
Vosotras no habéis estao un Miércoles Santo en Hellín.
more girls at the instruments & more girls on race bikes

what's this ?
Music
Fleetwood Mac
Nothing against the band itself, but I find it cheeseball city when bands use extra drums on stage for the other members.
They are a drumming family.
I think it's fun! Why not? It's presentation - and, above all, entertainment..! It works - and the audience love it, when musicians drop their usual instruments, and do something different, even if it's pre-planned!
Fan bloody tactic
This band shows allot of their one year of trying to figure out a band when other bands right away found the way.

California, mang. Peee-yew
I feel sorry for that guitar
This song seems like it's unfinished - as if they took scraps from other incomplete songs and mushed them together.
No it doesn't
No it doesn't
Shitt
MORE ACTRESS THAN MUSICS
ничо не понял, но кажися говно О_о
So talented! But i get tired of the sister that makes the 1000 facial expressions- its just too much- i get it - she 'gets into it' ooooook
That’s hard to watch. Like karaoke, but worse.
Yuck
lool wth are they doing????????????
Average
Very boring. It lacks originality.
As does nearly all modern music. At least they choose to be influenced by decent stuff.
the girl going ‘right now, right now’ can’t really sing can she?!
this looks like a high school band. I usually don't mind Haim, but this performance is fucking worse than Liam Gallagher singing wonderall at the olympics
Expected way more from this band but I felt nothing with this song. Lack of "spirit" imo. Nice overcome with those drums btw.
Awful.
This is extraordinarily bad. Unlistenable.
no one cares
And yet you chose to listen. Then criticise. Have you nothing better to do ?
Only at a festival would such a garage-level performance be cheered. Pathetic in every way.
Haim are aimless & directionless. Not fulfilling their talent. Mailing it in.
And yet they won a Grammy 🤷♂️ i agree this shouldn't have been played period but boy do they have talent like non other
Horrible
Bad
Kenapa bro?
