  • We hiked the Skerwink Trail in Port Rexington, Newfoundland. A beautiful and friendly family hike. It was one of our favourites in Newfoundland.

New sub here. Love your content. I'm a born and bred Newfie, but I have not been to a lot of the places you take me in your videos, but now I plan on doing it. Thank you and your beautiful family for taking us along. Cheers.

Wow that looks like an amazing trail! your vlogs have inspired my wife and I to visit Newfoundland this coming summer and super excited about it! How much time did you spent on the island and where did you stay in between your destinations as there are limited number of campgrounds and not always close by?

That’s great! We hope you love Newfoundland as much as we did. Our kids asked us the other day if we can go back this summer, that’s how much they loved it.
We rarely book campsites. We use harvest host or ioverlander to find free places to park and spend the night. Our only campsites of the trip were in Gros Morne and in Fogo Island and we didn’t prebook anything but maybe we got lucky. We never know how far we will drive in a day with the kids so we kinda wing it and hope for the best 😊
We spent 2.5 weeks on the island but could have used more. There’s so much to see! Let us know if you have anymore questions. 😊
