Hi Mits I have just finished making my 1st ever no sew journal bk just for Junk Jnl July. I know I left it late but got inspired by yr video and thought I can do it 😂 very happy with myself 😅 and cant wait to start this challenge now. Love yr videos and yr creativity 😊
I’m going to participate in jjj also. I was in at my desk just now and decided to cut the pages so they would be smaller. You and Meg both use smaller ones and I wanted to try it. I’m going to the dentist, so I have time to think about it. Some of the papers I want to use are a larger scale. lol. Decisions, decisions, decisions. lol. A woman I watched this am changed her mind 4 times. Now she has 4 journals instead of one. I loved them all. I love your stars. Great idea. 💡💕💕💕 hugs, treen
I really do enjoy the smaller size. It's definitely a lot quicker to complete and fill up :) LOL about the dentist comment. I often think about my crafts (and knitting) when I am in the dentist's chair too hehe Thank you for watching!
Hi Mits, I almost didn’t watch the video as I felt the pressure to commit to one more thing in my complicated life, but I watched because it was you, and I am glad I did. A simple star brought alive in such a magical way, and a beautiful little page was created so quickly. You made me want to get back to my art journaling, which I gave up a year ago when my health took a turn for the worse. Thank you for sharing and now, not only do I not feel the pressure, but I do feel the inspiration 💫 I saw how brown your arms are, I hope they are not sore and feeling better. Did you manage to find some Aloe Vera plant for them? Wishing you sparkles of joy for July (it’s my favourite month but probably because it’s my birthday on 8 - also my favourite number because it can also represent infinity and I believe I heard it is considered a lucky number by the Chinese so I always hold on to all of that energy - especially when I am not feeling great like now. Thank you for another great video with lots of wonderful inspiration. Varsha 🙌🏾🙏🏽🫶🏽💫🎉👏🏽👏🏽
@@MyLifeMits I actually just moved to Gifu for work, but I’ve had to bounce between there and Nagoya for the government stuff and all that. Indeed, the summer is in full swing, but I’m thankful to have a working AC unit at the new place! I hope you’re doing well too!
Such a beautiful page! It’s my first time talking part in junk journal July, it’s so much fun 🤩
