@cloudhq sending emails to a sheet is only a partial solution..after that, each lead or email might need additional doc to reference. I do not think Google supports adding attachments to a sheet or a drop down to see attachments. What do you have for that?

In which case, I'd refer you to Gmail co-pilot www.gmail-copilot.com/ or Save emails to PDF to include attachments www.save-emails-to-pdf.com/. Either way, I feel like I'm guessing your use case and would prefer a brief meeting to understand exactly what you need so that the solutions I suggest can address your specific needs. If it is a crm, say for a lender, you would have a column on me, say, drivers license pdf, loan application pdf, photo of the house I am buying.jpeg, my loan application on a doc..if you had 1000 applications, you aren't going to make 1000 files, so you forward contacts to a Sheet and instead of 1 file with all.those attachments, you label your colums and can easily scan the applicants and go to the column you want to view for that doc type. In the real estate aquisition world, it is not a crm, bit same thing..you get bofa to send you 1000 distressed properties and you are only going to consider your top 10..you are going to set up a Sheet witj criteria, Address, tax doc, title/owner download, picture, google earth screenshot, pdf of a map or city zoning pdf. You are not setting files for all these..you just want to attach enough data to send to your manager who will look at the Sheet and tell you what 10 to create folders for. Some of those docs get emailed to me?.I then use Cloud HQ to send to a row in Sheets. if you send me an attachment tomorrow on that, I want to just copy and paste in into a cell in a column, but not imbed it.it can be a thumbnail just like email attachments. I need to do that because I do not want to create a new row by sending to sheets a second time.

I''d like a drop down of somesort that has the "object" attachment available. Hope that clears up things a big. I know if forward a gmail to a sheet with Cloud HQ and with existing attachments, it can open those, but if I later want to add other attachments to cells, as dropdowns or icons, then I would like to do that in any cell in Sheets vs having to buy Excel.

The email to Sheet add on that CloudHQ has, creates a sheet with emailed leads. It does not parse those leads into addresses and if I want to add to that sheet of leads, I'd want to add attachments, just like an email, with the icon of the doc in one of the cells. If I create a .doc or .pdf or .jpg, attachment, I can include it in an email. But, on Google Sheets, I do not think I can do that. In the video above, the 3rd step is she can send out leads to her team. How is she then seeing added info to those rows she sent? Maybe a suggestion is for you to let me know or reply here with what other CloudHQ solutions you have that relate to real estate property and I can set up an appointment after that.
@CloudHQ, your Copilot is a crm, but this video is about saving real estate property leads. To create an ongoing database of real estate properties, I need to track addresses, not people. If CloudHQ does not do that, do you know a vendor that can take your sales Sheet in this video and create a more involved project management system from the Google Sheet?

We are not interested in your rude and illegal blocking of us getting info on your CRM. We can prepare a report for Google on our experience with your company. Federal law prohibits you from not granting us access to your product. If you demand our business time, we could charge you a $50,000 fee for lost revenue. That appears to be why you won't share info because you are forcing us into a demo rather than answering some basic questions. I have the names of your 2 top executives and I am sure they will not be happy you replied in this manner. If you choose to be helpful, please answer my questions.
