The WWF Club was a weekly show by Westdeutscher Werbeffernsehen (WWF - media group) run from 1980 till 1990. It was presented by the moderators: Jürgen von der Lippe, Marijke Amado, Frank Laufenberg and a robot doll called Bruno from a WDR television studio in the north of Cologne- at Neusser Landstrasse 2.. The show consisted of music, sketches, interviews, pantomime. Due to the relaxed level of the program, it was also known colloquially as the “Warm Sausage Fan Club”. In the period from 1980 to 1990, around 400 programs of 50 minutes each were produced and broadcast live on Fridays.
Limahl appeared on WWF Club 6 times, including 1 time with Kajagoogoo (all on my playlists).

I love this but did notice that it was cut a little short at the end compared to the other times I watched the same video for this song months ago.
Correct - a few seconds at the end. Limahl just continued standing next to Frank Laufenberg, while that one announced the next performer.
Why the video has not been released on DVD yet?!
The copyrights for all WWF Club episodes hold the German network ARD (WDR in particular). The question is up to them, but I guess it's not profitable enough. There are several WWF Club episodes, which were not seen since the original broadcast.
