I _love_ this game! I remember being so excited when it was about to be released! I got it when it first came out, and it did not and has not disappointed! I love the music! This track is like a calmer and more mysterious version of the "Meteor" soundtrack! I _love_ it! What a fun, challenging, nostalgic, and classic game _StarFox_ is!
Ah, Titania! The cool, foggy stage! I _love_ this soundtrack! It's like the "mysterious version" of Meteor's soundtrack! I think it's supposed to be like Saturn's largest moon Titan, which has weather that is likely similar to this stage, but it was instead named after Uranus' largest moon Titania, which is a frozen ice ball with essentially no atmosphere. Maybe the developers wanted it to be like Titan, but without making it obvious. I _love_ this stage! I _love_ this game! I remember getting it when it first came out! It's _so_ nostalgic!
@@mequint2000 Yep. That is correct. The Uranian moons are female names from the works of Shakespeare and Pope. Miranda, Ariel, Umbriel, Titania, and Oberon being the major moons that reached hydrostatic equilibrium (or, enough mass to become spherical) with Titania being the largest, with Oberon being almost as large. It's an interesting system that begs for discovery. Every time we send a mission to these planets and moons, we always find something mind-blowing, like Pluto, which was assumed to a be a completely frozen and cratered world, however it has active (or relatively recent) nitrogen glacial flows and convection cells on Tombaugh Planitia, with no impact craters on that planitia, indicating geological activity, likely from a large comet impact. Pluto may have a subterranean ocean to even this day from methane clathrates acting as an internal insulator! My bad for the long reply. I really love planetary science!
it is odd that they Changed Titania in 64 by giving it a Ring System. but knowing that Star Fox 2 also features a Moon orbiting Titania.. we can assume to what had happened to that Moon of Titania..
@@solierafromtheultrareconsquad Thats a name I haven't heard in some time. I wish they would bring some things from SF2 to newer games, like "Surprise Attack" and Miyu and Fay. Also some Easter Egg stage, like "Out of this dimension"

Among the best ice level music! Nintendo has a little habit of making their music sound alike with the same riff (This, Meteor, Venom have it). Just like all the levels in Super Mario World, Super Mario Land 2: 6 Golden Coins, and Yoshi's Story sound alike, but at least they're still fun to play!
I drove my car at the highway during a sunset with this music... It was so epic
Awesome 😊😊😊
Aight
What a cheese ball...
I'm the same way 😅
naturally
With sunglasses like blind Itachi 🕶️😁😁😁

The planet is red... ok..... Entering the planet...Snow all over (Me: What.....????? )
the first i thought that planet was covered by a ground but... what!!!! SNOW??????
It's ground covered in 64, though...
The N64 game didn't have a occupied weather machine as the plot for this stage.
Roni Carlos64 The cause of is that weather machine.
@@kendrickobhanamigi3861 Its maybe a reference to Uranus' moon: Titania
My favourite stage in Star Fox. And the bes ost too.
In fact, the route number 2 is the best!!!
I LOVE how that line of music at 0:10 is like sprinkled a bit in lots of the soundtrack of this game
local RUclipsr learns what a leitmotif is :)
Meteor also has that too.
That's called a leitmotif.
The intro in this level's music fucking slaps.
Ikr it reminds me of mega man x2

OG SNES games hit different.
Perfect, better than N64 StarFox Music
Agreed!
I'm cool with both versions in my opinion

the most visually impressive stage in the o.g. Star Fox. The music is excellent as well, but that shouldn't be a surprise.
The bass and the drums here are insanely good, the drum fills amaze me every time. Great track.
This tune was the jam back then.
My favorite area in the whole game.
This song is so good
OG StarFox got some Thicc Music
Great tune.
All ships check in!
DO YOU SEE MY SHIP DOES IT LOOK OK TO YOU!!!
Ah, you're gettin' better, Fox!
"Fox! Get this guy off me-wait, Fox! You *are* that guy!"
Both wings are destroyed and I have 1 HP left but things are going fine...
So far, so g-g-good!
Ok, Ok! What's next?
No sweat, Fox.
0:39 Dat bass
I kinda miss star fox
"Looks like we win today, Star Fox."

BIOTCH NOPE!

Navis xD
This my jam. Shit smooth af.
play at 1.25 speed for memories of wario ware smooth moves
The beginning (0:00-0:07) sounds like it's from Pilotwings
So, the stage is Titania, but by Star Fox 64 knowledge, it's actually Fichina, and the boss is Zoness.
Neat.
Ikr. Curse you, Star Fox 64, for doing the locations wrong.

Beautiful
The days where i couldn't figure out you were supposed to destroy the weather node
STAGE-3
i dunno in the intro part i see that flashing as when you die, the STAGE number flashes with the music starting in the backround

Asteroid field also has the same leitmotif
Titana
Bibbly whip bibbly whip
is hot and desert in Titania
Sounds like sonic at the beginning.
That's because Star Fox is an inspiration of Sonic/Based on Sonic. There are so many reasons, as well. Star Fox is a good series, so is Sonic's.

this stage is creative and badass af but its stupidly unfair and that ruins it for me
