This mod really was one of a kind when it came out. It was a shame it was so short, but I completely understand why. The mechanics must've been so difficult to implement, and my hats off to everyone who worked on the mod. I can't begin to explain how amazing it is that they actually got the jumpscares from the original Treasure Island, even Donald and Willy, who are unique in the OG game. They even made the menu similar, the night start, the tips, it's genuinely amazing. Hats off to them for their work and to Team Radiance for Treasure Island. If these guys make a mod for Oblitus Casa next, that would be AMAZING. Edit: The two types of vocals (one for lights on and off) are also amazing. It takes time to implement that. They also have actual voicelines or sound effects from the original game when a toon appears in the office. Songs for in between nights 1 and 6 are also added, which I love how they progress just like the normal game. Custom Night is also GENIUS. I love who they made it work, by giving you challenges just like in the original game. Ultimate Nightmare is amazing aswell, for me it's a throwback to True Nightmare in the original game.

While the songs are more ambiance than anything else, it works super well with the rest of the mods mechanics and tone, and is truly eerie. Great job to the team!! I hope more people experiment like this to see just what is possible with the skeleton of fnf Edit: on additional note, i just wanted to say diagetically the singing here feels like bf singing to himself for comfort, or when the ghosts come, somethiblng to focus on so he doesnt lose it

Unlike other horror mods, instead of putting Friday Night Funkin's gameplay first and sidelining the horror aspect to aesthetics, Friday at Treasure Island puts Five Night's at Treasure Island's gameplay first, and tries to seamlessly integrate Friday Night Funkin's gameplay as a core mechanic within the standard FNaF gameplay loop. And obviously, it accomplished that goal perfectly, making this mod actually feel like a proper horror game. On a side note, if the devs ever make a version 3, they'd better incorporate Oblitus Casa in some way.
I genuinely enjoyed the moments in Night 5 and 6 where CG was panicking. Not in the "ha, ratio" kind of relishing, but the silent fear kind of appreciation.

I feel like it has the same problem as geometry dash had. The users were literally making other games inside it , and when they made the new 2.2 update , we got literally five nights at freddy's in it in like , 2 weeks. The main devs simply cannot compete.
Pretty sure the fnf devs are cooking hard and said there going to be more than any fnf mods ever done and they got plenty of money on Kickstarter so we really don't have to worry about unless they all run away with money

I think I remember that in the old version of this mod, whenever bf sings, his battery charges, but I guess in this one bf doesn’t charge his battery, I’m not sure if this is true, but if it is, then the new version might be a harder challenge
One of the more creative mods ever And I think it took a guy months of training to beat ultimate nightmare for the original fnaf game. 11 hours a day of playing.
this is probably one of the most original mods i've seen and im happy to see that it got an update i wouldn't say that the songs are bangers (except probably the freeplay bonus ones a little) but i think they actually match the energy of the setting BF is in so honestly good job dev team

This mod i loved back 3 years ago for emulating the fnaf gameplay and the fact we have fnf gameplay mixed with this, a remix of monochrome,the fnaf 1 song by the living tombstone and lots of well made stuff this mod is truly what i wanted to see come back after so long and it's back with a fill 6 nights and custom night which is freeplay bonuses so nice mod and very good
Honestly the first song is a banger imo. If only it had more notes and someone to actually go against it be awesome. Like a slow song that slowly gets more chaotic. An ambient / eerie dnb kind of song. Someone needs to make a remix of the song tbh. And put their own spin on it.
I'm now realizing Living Dead has a remix of Steamboat Willie's whistle mixed into the song. Now THAT is great! Too bad Willie isn't in the night. If you have trouble finding it: listen VERY close to BF's notes. 21:36 - 21:50 Unless I'm confusing it for an entirely different tune.

The lack of a lot of unique jumpscare sounds end up making the jumpscares pretty goofy, especially with headless goofie.
