Hi you need to look for the chip which stores the bios memory (just look at some ICs and google their usage, it should be a flash memory maybe from winbond) and then flash the chip with a bios without the password.
You need to find the BIOS rom chip, usually it'll say WINBOND on it. The elitebooks tend to have 2 chips. I think on that particular model it is a W25Q256## rom chip with 32MB of rom space
This is the easiest way. It's pretty risky, but if you have a bit of microsoldering experience it's not a huge deal. Unit is bricked either way without the password.

How do you put the chip back? Is it soldered in or simply heat gun applied
You can get a clip that fits right on the chips leads without having to desolder and remove it.
