  • We have a used John Deere 410 backhoe that we bought from a local farmer the first week of September 2022.
No hydraulic pressure to operate the hoe, bucket, or anything. Mike & Mark Endicott work on the hydraulics until it is fixed.

Great troubleshooting, to bad you had to replace the pump.

If she is starving for fluid. There is a screen in the bottom of the transmission. Where the short back hose runs from bottom of transmission over to transmission filter. They get plugged up and restrict flow to the hydraulic system. Worth taking out and cleaning that screen.

Sorry you had to buy a pump it didn't need but should last a lifetime now. At least you can get a pump as my '91 J.D. 310C, 4 wd. uses a different style pump that isn't available or parts to rebuild it either. Looks like that's a Monday morning rig as bolts back out in rear end and this roll pin breaks in relief valve. Thanks for making vids about keeping the good ole backhoe running.

That's funny. Why even post the video? Didn't show you taking it out or putting it in.

If you're going make a video at least show how to take everything apart part by part. Don't skip from the beginning then to middle then to the kitchen.
