I remember Dwight around 2020 before covid, very down to earth was walking from the condo near ateneo going the the Ateneo Gym. When you greet him he always smile and wave.

Mabuti pa Lebanon may 2 wins. Kompare mo kina coach tab at ctc na simple lang. Siya pa bida eh naka tuxedo pa amp. Di ka fan ng Philippine basketball eh, fan ka ni coach reyes kaya ganyan opinion mo.

I respect your coaching style. The Dribble drive system is actually one of the best systems in basketball because once it is mastered by the players it is hard to stop. However, as years go by you are constantly declining the expectations of the Filipino fans and the seemingly endless loss of the Gilas Pilipinas team under your hand. I admitted, I was among millions of Filipinos who talked badly about you and your mentality when it comes to facing bigger teams like Italy. I wish you never said, "Italy is Italy" because it only means that you have a losing mentality and you expected us to lose even though we're not actually playing against them. Your comment about Italy clearly cemented that stigma that you are not fit anymore to coach our national team. The difference between you and Coach Tim is your mindset. Look how coach Tim managed the team against Latvia in their home court. I hope you have a winning mentality when you are a coach in the FIBA World Cup here in Manila, so our Team gets qualified in the Olympics like Japan. But still, thank you coach for your sacrifices and I am happy that you stepped down.

@@Marvics22 we will never get to the olympics unless filipinos get as taller and nimble as the competition. Basketball is a big man’s game. Yes we can occasionally win tournaments in asia with imports but do not be delusional. Stop daydreaming. To be fair to Chot, he has done well given what he has. Tim just got lucky. Can’t wait to see you all jump on tim cone when he starts losing.

@rameses2460 That's why basketball is not for everyone. If you think this sport was invented for a big man or taller guys then don't play this game or follow any sports podcast or content related to basketball. We're done with Coach Chot, he proved himself and now we're in an era where even European teams are not impossible. I'm just grateful for the accomplishments of Gilas Pilipinas under coach Tim because we did a very impossible thing and that is defeating Latvia in their land. Brother you're right, I am a dreamer and I wish that Gilas Pilipinas become one of the top ten teams in the basketball world.
