I tried self improvement but failed several times. I am weak,shy, 5'2 male who is trying to be better. But my environment is not letting me I was bullied i childhood which gave me ptsd and i became introvert and has fear of people who is taller than me. In my school there are also people who are bullies and there is no way to change them including the teachers who supports bullies because somehow bullies get great marks. Should i drop out of school? Gointg to this school is giving me anxiety and ruining my mental peace. And enduring this for a long time would give me suicidal thoughts. Should i take this year off? To grind of my academics at home To improve my body To improve me health To rebuild my self so that i cans tand straight with confidence. Bullying made my body posture weak and slouching. Even my parents and family members hate and scold me for my loser-Ness They don't know what i have been through. And society? Society always look down on me because i am 5'2.
Bhai just do what you think is perfect for you right now. no one has experience your life except you. so only you can know what’s perfect for you right know.
