It looks like it has a bit of a pattern on it. Must be a bit of decorative tape. I've heard of something called "Washitape" which I tend to see used with resin crafting, you can use it within coasters you make and things like that. I haven't tried it so I'm not sure if it is sticky on the one side like tape, but there's all different kinds of patterns on it. The thin one you have in 24 days could be used to make a border on a card or some other kind of paper perhaps.
