Inshallah, may Allah(s.w.t.) rewards you for your encouragement. I believe you are correct, sincerity is one of the most important aspect. I've been doing this challenge for a couple of years now, but in the last couple of month my imaan as increased and in or around it usually also increases and so, I've more consistent and I'll be a mindful to stay humble and check myself and may Allah(s.w.t.) withhold anything from me that will make me distant from Him and for you as well.
Allahumma Barik, May Allah raise you in ranks by making you of the people of the Quran and admit you into the highest level of paradise without being held to account 🤲🏽
