Whenever the children are featured, I can’t help but notice what loving, nurturing parents they have. Luke, all the time you take to teach them and play with them. As a child of divorce, I didn’t see or talk to my dad that often, and I felt it. I think about what a wonderful father your children have and I think about all of the memories you are making with them each day. When you play in the rain with them, take them on bush runs, do outside movie nights. We are watching the things they will remember when they grow up. I know it’s hard work, but both of you are doing great. Lots of love from the US on our Father’s Day. ❤
Thanks so much for the video. I really and truly miss your daily, weekly videos. Tears always line my face when watching your videos, such care, love and kind words you put out into the world! I feel I have a hole in my heart with no more weekly videos. I guess you heard Chance and Nevaeh are moving and Chris had to put down 4 horses! Luke you might want to reach out if haven't already. Adams daycare keeps me updated on some of the dog care doggies along with their Instagram pages. Just missing the old gang but still love you all. Happy Father's Day from the U S Tennessee! May God always walk with you and your family PS Can't believe how big Wolfie is getting, as first I thought you were kid-sitting for a friend/neighbor! My gosh he's growing up!!!
What a wonderful snapshot of rememberances of a week. Thoughoughly enjoyed it. These video types really connect me with life on the Farm half a world away as if you were my neighbor. (Texas, USA 🤠). I think of y'all as family and friends. Thank you for continuing to make these videos and many blessings for your family both two and four legged. 👍🐾💞🐕 I've been a fan and a watcher of your videos from the early days of the green van and the day playing staring Tilly and Bandit...when he hid at end of day refusing to go home. Good memories 🙂
Hi, Luke it wasn't your fault that you couldn't read during your school years. You were let down by the education system. You should be extremely proud of what you have achieved. Bless you and your family. Xx
I regularly look after a little dog who is the same as Joey in nature. He tells his owners when there is something wrong with his sister, even if she isn't showing any symptoms. He's diagnosed several issues already, so his owners never ignore him when he starts to pay special attention to his sister. My own childhood dog diagnosed my mum's skin cancer by repeatedly nosing a mole on her leg until she went and had it checked. Sure enough, it needed to be removed. Dogs are very clever creatures.
I had a difficult childhood and when I left home dogs were my saviors & teachers. So your words touched my heart. I have been subscribed to The Farm since you were running the daycare. The dedication & love you and Sam have toward the dogs & kids has warmed my heart for all these years. I know you feel guilty about not being to take on more troubled dogs. But when that guilt gets stuck in your head, look around & see your pack& remember that you changed their lives positively. A majority of your pack wouldn’t have survived. Thank you for all you do.
I love to hear the little ones ask Mom & Dad questions. They don't respond with "cause I said so" they give them an answer the kids can sort out in their head. Thank you for being delightful parents! 😊😊
"I won't ever give up on them, just because they need extra." - Luke This needs to be on motivational items of every kind. I, greatful for the reminder, will buy the first one!
How many of us need extra at some point. Or all the time. Extra doesn't mean taking away from someone else. When those of us, 2 legged and 4, get the extra that we need, we are all better for it.
@@laurab5183 Agree, and if people are not prepared to do that, they should not have dogs and cats. It's one reason I don't have them. I love them but I realise that there are things about living with them that I would struggle to tolerate, and that's just not fair to the animals. I'm here giving my support to some other people's rescue animals instead, enjoying seeing them all through my screen and feeling part of their extended family. I buy treats for friends' dogs too, and get to pat them and say 'hello' in the local park.
I've been watching your channel since 2020 and have been a member since 2022. I don't comment very often but I wanted to say that I have loved all your videos. Doggy Daycare, happy ones that made me laugh or smile and cried with you all when a loss has occurred. But, these recent ones with Luke talking have been my favorites. These one especially because Joey (my favorite) was featured. I knew she helped diagnose Cutie Pie but I learned about all the other things she has done. Please continue to take care of each other and the wonderful creatures in your care.
Joey is a very special girl, what an asset for the Evans Family and dog pack. Joey adores Cutie Pie and it's so adorable to watch them together. Quite impressive that Joey picked up the chick realizing Shadow was on hot on the trail and could of been a disasterous for the baby chick. What a great outcome thanks to Joey! 🐶💕
The additional insights from Luke are so special. Thank you Luke for sharing with us. God bless you and the entire Evans family and staff for taking giving the dogs their best lives. ❤
I remember when Joey first came to the farm,, I’m sure there was a comment saying she was untrainable,, look at her now. One beautiful girl ❤ ❤❤ Hopefully one day you can talk about Lily as she is another beautiful girl

She is obsessed with the media and TV!😂 I know Shadow is extra work due to her past, but that just makes me love her more! 💚 Now that there's a new 5 month old baby shepherd at the farm, how does Rosie feel about that? Give Ziggy a squeeze for me, he's such a handsome boy!
Oh Luke, it’s Father’s Day here in the US and I want to thank you for being the Father you are to the kids, cats, horses, goats, plovers and most especially, the dogs. Thank you for sharing some much of your life story. You give hope to the hopeless and for that we are forever grateful. ❤❤❤
Oh Luke, your children will love these videos. What a treasure to see into the heart and mind of your precious father! Would love to hear Sam's perspective of her life.
I love to hear about all of your dogs, especially a dive deeper into the puppers that you have had for longer, like Joey. I remember her first coming to the farm and how she has really grown as a family member. She is such a sweet, special pack member, caring for all of the animals on the Farm, not just the pack members. I feel for Shadow, it’s so hard to overcome past horrors. Thankfully, she has the Evans family and the pack to love her, keep her in line, and help her through her issues. It is great to see Ziggy! Thank you, Luke, for discussing yourself. Opening up can’t be easy, but be assured, we support you even more. ❤Debra
Such a beautiful video especially when it has all about Joey. She is a darling and I remember specifically the day she came to the Farm. One of my fave breeds of dogs. Luke your story is truly heartwarming and through your stories you are helping others. Love the beach trips, always will be a favourite activity of mine with the dogs. I remember the time you went by the kindergarten and the children there thought it was fabulous!!! 🐾🐾💙💗
Every dog at The Farm have their own special qualities & I love all of them, Joey has always been up there on the fave list, what a girl! Thank you for showcasing them more xxxxxxxxxxx
Thank you for putting your own life's experiences to play in your great understanding of your great dogs, and using it to make the paradise the dogs and you, and your family live in. Well done, Sir.
Oh, I forgot to mention Joey. What an incredible girl. I remember watching videos of her chewing on Cutie Pie’s neck and back and you guys didn’t hesitate to get her checked out. Good Girl Joey!!❤❤🐾
As a Pug owner, you got me tearing up again over The Pie. 😢 Joey is just amazing with her perception skills and she's the perfect choice to take on outings, like a guardian angel. Great job Luke, in observing and tailoring your knowledge to each different dog. You're using your own special skills now to perfection. So proud of you and Sam, your family's cohesiveness is the reflection of who you both are. Well done. 🙏🏽 👍 ❤
I am absolutely loving the diary format! It has a very different feel - softer, more informative, thoughtful, and ultimately more personal both in terms of the dogs' personalities and Luke's relationship with them.
Love the diaries Always rooted for Shadow her breeding, her ugly past and am so sad she can;t get past it. She loves the littles. Very sad for her that her humans failed her.
Humans sure did let her down, didn't they. Thanks to Sam I started to see Shadow's beauty, inside and out, much better. Poor girl but I'm so glad she lives at The Farm.
My parents said I was the hardest- I was theonly girl and 3 boys. 2 older and one younger- that’s not something I liked to hear-I hear you Luke. God kept his hand on me- amen
I've only known one Kelpie when I was a young girl, but haven't forgotten that boy. (He looked exactly like Joey, but a bit bigger.) Starry was so protective and loving to the family's very elderly grandfather, always near him as if sensing his vulnerability. Thus was the first dog the grandfather had ever known, too, and we watched them fall in love. Starry would even forgo play with the kids to do his 'job'. When the old man passed on, Starry slept by his bed for months afterwards. 🩵🐾 What legacies of love these babies bring. #joeypower
@@mariataheny1368 , Joey is healthy. She has special status on that beach outing as Cutie-Pie’s “care-taker”. Sadly, it’s Lily, Tilly and Cutie-Pie whose lives will be shortened due to their respective ailments 😢
I've been blessed with 2 kelpies in my life, I miss them still, miss Cass and Mr Brown ❤🤎 a Dr dog and a bird saver neither interested in mustering or herding unless children involved, must keep them safe😅❤
Let's have a moment for not only Luke and the pack but how very beautiful Sam is. Sam, your wavy hair is very pretty and you appear alot more in control and happier. Blessings to you all. A wonderful diary entry. Thank you. xxxxxx
It’s so amazing to see Tiley!! From where she was with the health scare and surgery, I can’t believe her recovery. She looks wonderful and very happy with her life ❤❤❤❤
Another "all in" talk, some funny, some sad, some informative, goodness I love you, you give me so much, make me pick myself up and keep going, forget my small woes, and they are small compared to both of you Luke and Sam, when I see you both still smiling, laughing, joking yes again Thank You.
Its like people....how we perceive until we get to know them and about them. Joey is incredibly intelligent and sensitive and caring and protective..her love extends to other animals and species....I do believe Joey exceeds most humans combined attributes. Something must be in my eye, good vibes and prayers and love to you and yours all whether they have feet or paws!
It always feels as though I've just experienced a proper cuddle...the warm embrace of a true friend whenever I watch one of your little films 😊. Thank you all xx
I love watching your videos live what your family and farm do for all tgese beautiful yappy chappies including adorable kitties it’s so inspiration love to tune at the end of my work day it’s so relaxing and after rescuing dogs and cats my whole life giving them a wonderful life. I have learned so much about dogs from your videos and sharing the stories of each dog that joins the family pack. Thank you both for what you do❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
I mean Joey is pretty awesome, I was always wondering why she was chewing on the little bread roll, how wise of you to take that as a message. I LOVE you LILY! Shadow appears relentless at times and often wonder how she is not bitten. I LOVE Joey saving a tiny little bird!
Dear Sam and Luke, your dedication and devotion to your human, dog, dingo, cat and farm animal family is so incredible, it truly shows! Thank you for sharing your life with your extended viewing family. 💗💗💗
Crispy has a new job - phone transportation expert! This was a great video. I loved hearing about Joey’s special talent for saving baby birds from Shadow. And how interesting that both Joey and Abra alerted Luke to Shadow.
FYI: The bag clips can be used in either of the ways you tried. The important tip is to trim the bag when you have a lot of it folded over. (helps the clip grip tighter)
#The Farm Luke your father gave you just enough space to see what was happening then he reeled you back in and helped you on your path. Just like you do with your dogs when they come to the farm giving them some space to settle then showing them what you expect. We always knew Joey was special but with Luke's story we know even more about that incredible Kelpie. Saving the bird from Shadow was so cool. Love how Joey and Abra told Dad he better watch Shadow. Abra and Joey are developing a really cute bond on keeping everyone safe. Miss Kitty Rose is all Kelpie to Joey love that relationship. Watching the girls and kids at the beach was awesome. Kyla is a great addition what's one more German Shepherd. Seeing Cruiser settle into the awesome Dingo he was meant to be with his pack and partner. Sam your hair was so good during the box opening great hair day. We have to celebrate when we have them. LOL I think Sam might need to book a Veterinary appointment for Luke he seems off his pet snacks. Eating lunch from the dog bowl I think he might be transforming. LOL
I loved learning more of Luke's backstory: such a strong and kind leader, it is instructive that there is struggle behind all that, such a wonderful trajectory. And about Joey, so I can now appreciate her stellar-ness better now. Thank you Joey for rescuing the chick. Beach Day for the dogs who have less time than might have been was just lovely, not least the enjoyment of each other by the humans. This was a wonderful video.

I love Lukes summation about Shadow. I have a Mummy Staffordshire pup just like Shadow. I know she needs extra care and attention. But i also know that if there was a dangerous threat on our property, my Staffordshire mum will do the business❤😊❤

My girl is in liver failure. Ever since I have made her homemade foods from chicken, lean beef, carrots, pumpkin, sweet potatoes, peas an sometimes string beans. I add pre and prebiotics. Her treats are always fresh, human grade food. That was over 3 years ago. I wish your girl well! My girl Tish remains loving her breakfasts and dinners. (They said I will know when she stops wanting her food.) Thank you for caring for our fur babes.
Woohoo, my coffee has just brewed🎉 love seeing you guys, 2s and 4s. Your courage for vulnerability Luke is so needed for many of us. Have a wonderful week Evans Family ❤😊
This episode had all the feels!!!! Luke-- you can be proud of yourself for sharing your vulnerability with us! I was very moved. Dr. Joey helped give Cutie Pie more time. The ending had so many surprises!!! Sam- your emotions must have ranges most of the rest of us don’t experience. My admiration for your whole family-footed and pawed is astronomical ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
I've been following you since doggie daycare and now The Farm! I feel like I am part of your wonderful community. The Evans family is remarkable and I am honored to be a part of it albeit from a distance🥰💞💞
I have 2 re-homed whippets, one I have had for 3 years and the new one for 4 months. The new one has epilepsy, ( fortunately not severe or very often). The first time she had a seizure, my older whippet ran to the new one, stood over her and wouldn't move until the seizure was over. She has done this every time a seizure is coming on which alerts me. So thanks to watching the videos of Joey gnawing on Cutie pie, I became much more aware of dogs ability to sense when something is wrong with another dog or animal. Thanks Joey !
What a relief for you to have your first dog alert you about the new one's oncoming seizure! You certainly do important work for your little friends. ♥

I've been blessed with 2 kelpies in my life, I miss them still, miss Cass and Mr Brown ❤🤎 a Dr dog and a bird saver neither interested in mustering or herding unless children involved, must keep them safe😅❤
JOEY! I think she needs extra hugs and kisses 😘 I feel the same about food too 🥰 I’ve been missing hearing about her, thank you for giving me my fix 😆
Tilly and her "fish" (or whatever expired creature that was). Fantastic story about Joey. Dogs are amazing. LOVE the new format.
Let's have a moment for not only Luke and the pack but how very beautiful Sam is. Sam, your wavy hair is very pretty and you appear alot more in control and happier. Blessings to you all. A wonderful diary entry. Thank you. xxxxxx
I love watching this show. The dogs are well taken care off. Thank you for all the care you gave them. Dogs are family
Thanks! Love the diary/journal style with voice overs from Luke.😊
So cool!!!
❤❤
It’s so amazing to see Tiley!! From where she was with the health scare and surgery, I can’t believe her recovery. She looks wonderful and very happy with her life ❤❤❤❤
Happy Father’s Day Luke! I love this format. It tells you so much about you and your family and the pack!
Thank you to the entire Evans family both human & dogs 🐕 🐾🐾 for a very interesting insight into everything that goes on at the farm. ❤😁🇦🇺
Tears, tears, tears! So emotional!
This is one of my favourite videos from The Farm.. So interesting and informative.
Thank you for telling about Cutie Pie, Joey, Abra and Shadow. Special dogs in every way ❤
Poor Tilly, she really thought that was for her😞😆
Welcome Kyla and extra love for Joey the wonder dog. She really is super special🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰
Tilly ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
The look on Tilly's face said it all. Poor girl was so disappointed. 😔
Fathers Day in the States.
Happy day to all Dads here, to Luke and all Dads across the world.
💜🐶❤️
It always feels as though I've just experienced a proper cuddle...the warm embrace of a true friend whenever I watch one of your little films 😊. Thank you all xx
I love watching your videos live what your family and farm do for all tgese beautiful yappy chappies including adorable kitties it’s so inspiration love to tune at the end of my work day it’s so relaxing and after rescuing dogs and cats my whole life giving them a wonderful life. I have learned so much about dogs from your videos and sharing the stories of each dog that joins the family pack. Thank you both for what you do❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Hermoso y conmovedor tu relato Luke!! Gracias ❤❤
Thanks for all you do xx
LOL
Joey and Cutie Pie have a nice relationship.
@@rachelletaoka3413 We love Shadow because she is so cheeky. Her little one Miss Red is too. LOL
I bet Luke spent his school time excelling at sport. Some nifty football skills at the beach.
One of my dreams is to have a big place to have many dogs and cats...this is exactly what paradise looks like to me. 😊❤
Sam squealing “Tilly you are not bringing a piece of dead fish home” 😂❤😂
A thousand thanks 💝. Such a privilege to belong to the BTS pack. Blessings to the whole Evans Pack 🐾💖🐾
Love the long and short videos. Love you all.
I love Tilly. She was a comfort when we lost Charlie. I still wear my Charlie sweat shirt in the winters. He & Wally were truly soulmates.
AGREE🥰🏜🌵
I loved learning more of Luke's backstory: such a strong and kind leader, it is instructive that there is struggle behind all that, such a wonderful trajectory. And about Joey, so I can now appreciate her stellar-ness better now. Thank you Joey for rescuing the chick. Beach Day for the dogs who have less time than might have been was just lovely, not least the enjoyment of each other by the humans. This was a wonderful video.
Journal is working for me. Hopefully the Evans family is going to get the peace they all deserve. People on the spectrum are so creative ways to learn. There are a million roads people can take for their journey. Prayers and hugs from central coast in California are 🤗⭐️🐾❤️
Another terrific post. So grateful you’re there.
I love Lukes summation about Shadow. I have a Mummy Staffordshire pup just like Shadow. I know she needs extra care and attention. But i also know that if there was a dangerous threat on our property, my Staffordshire mum will do the business❤😊❤
The way he helped Cutie Pie up that hill.
Hope you had a great Father’s day Luke!
Someone had commented that FD in Australia is the first Sunday in September... We'll have to remember that! ☺️
Dearest Evans crew, two- and four-legged...thank you once more for the upload and for letting us participate...It's always a real pleasure ....Love and support from Germany ❤
+1 to your comment, from Luxembourg !
❤❤❤
I love the beach trip with the dogs.
My admiration for your whole family-footed and pawed is astronomical
❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Such beauty and peace on the Farm. Thank you for sending it out to us.❤
I've been following you since doggie daycare and now The Farm! I feel like I am part of your wonderful community. The Evans family is remarkable and I am honored to be a part of it albeit from a distance🥰💞💞
Joey 😘💜😘💕😘
I love hearing Luke talk about his life and the dogs so am back here listening to this for the 3rd time.
