Hi, just to let you know, smudging is a sacred and closed indigenous practice that involves the four elements, smudging isn’t possible unless you’ve been taught by an indigenous elder, and also can’t be done with Palo Santo. what I assume you do with the crystals is smoke cleansing, (which is what I do) and is a better word to use so we can be sensitive to Indigenous People! It was a learning curve for me but I hope it helps you❤️
