Good combination in my opinion Tempest to shower. Shower do not have to run full blast. Preparing the same set up on mine. Just subscribed to your channel.
@@LauMagroTheFrenchKOInection Hi Lau, Yeah had to have a re-think myself, I've now removed the Tempest to allow for more flow through the shower. Looking at how I can now install the tempest to my Grow On set up.
looks brill im thinking of getting one and having it on my shower too can i ask is that conected striaght to the pump from the pond and connected to the shower and then let gravity do the rest also what size pipe work did you go for as well bud cheers aaron
Thanks John was unsure it would work due to lower flow in the shower however have been really impressed with the the set up and water quality has defiantly improved.
Nice, I have a very small garden (personal choice) I’m interested in the size of your pond I have only room for a 1.4x1.4x1.2 m pond what size is your set up?
I like the tempest but problem I find with them is u can only pump 5000 litres a hour thro one and as I run showers for my pond I would need far to many of them on my pond as u need high flow over your shower
Mate it’s perfect for 1000gs but if your thinking of extending in the future then I would look at the Burtons BD150 can pull much more flow through than a Draco
Can’t say I’ve seen this level and type of filtration on a pond this size. Should be well sorted!
Would rather see a update on how your draco is running then the Tempest mate 👍 but everything looks nice and neat on your pond 👍
Yeah maybe tomorrow mate
Yes I would too! Nice setup
Just subbed!
Looks like you are Bringing some nice information to the hobby!
Hi Brian, thanks for the Sub

Thanks for subscribing and happy to help if you have any questions regarding set up !!
@@leavalleykoi955 I tried to do the same as yours but lack of space in height and space where the shower is. So had to rethink :-)

Awesome set up 👌👍
Cheers fella !!
Nice, tidy set up buddy. Interested to see how you get on with the tempest.
Cheers Buddy !!
if you have Jmat on top of each level of Bakki. the water quality will be even better !
I like that set up before it goes in the shower

Hi Kelvin, unfortunately I have to agree I've now re-moved the tempest to run more flow through the shower.
How much was the draco mate ive been looking at this as my pond is 1470 gallons but pump fed
Hi Mate
Was £1125 delivered from Paul Kirk @ Kirkys Koi, highly recommend him great guy and great service 👍🏻
How do you find the draco minima. I’m looking to get one. Is the water clearer than with the pod? Is the bio good enough?
What size pond you thinking of running it on
Just over 1000 gallons. Will possibly be extending it to 1500 in the next couple of years.
