I wish I'd seen this sooner! I suffered from a raging case of PF for 5 months, no improvement. I started those toe lifting exercises, and within 3 days the pain was fading. A few weeks later it's almost completely gone!

I get the pain in my little toes and towards the ball of my feet. Left foot mainly. Feels ok while running but hurts like hell when I stop and walk about.

Do you find that poor core strength and underdeveloped feet go hand in hand? Yoga and Pilates have made me aware of the connection between these areas in my own situation, which has helped me be able to run more comfortably and more miles than I would have thought possible.

Hi, I’ve been a runner for a long time now and done a couple of marathons. But ever since I’ve started running every once in a while I have problems with my calf muscles. I go to a physiotherapist almost monthly to do dry needling which is helping me a lot but still every once in a while my calf muscles get cramped up. Any thoughts or videos on how to prevent that?

You can start stretching Quadriceps initially followed by Lunges stretches with 20 seconds hold 2 reps daily
I do it have plantar fasciitis, however both my under feet burns while jumping rope or running not while walking. Can you please suggest what could be done as it has been quite few years with the problem.
We have a slew of videos you can watch right here on our channel that will help! The Plantar Fasciitis Series is a great place to start as there is an assessment that can shed some light on why you are experiencing the issue in the first place. Once you know what is causing it, you can prevent it. For me, it was tight calves and soleus muscles causing my pain underfoot so, I used the Plantar Fasciitis series by Coach Kirk and Dr. Charlie Merrill to alleviate the tightness in the front ofm y hip and in my calves. I also used the strength training they gave and was able to clear up the pain and run a 50Km Race. Here is the link to the series.
