Impikan is more about motivation to overcoming hardships and eventually glow while Watch Me Glow is more about moving on from a guy and that they are doing much better (glowing up) without the guy. Therefore, Watch Me Glow is not a translated version of Impikan and yes, Impikan means dream/ hope.
