Helpful video but I have a question. I just bought a used bi-pod for my prism pole and the legs don't "spring" out when I push the top buttons. I had a cheap bi-pod and got a used "good one" on ebay only to get it and find the legs don't extend out out properly which makes it impossible to level. I will take it apart and evaluate but wanted to see if you had some insight.
I think adjusting those wedges is all you need to do. I've really only used the bipod by hilti, but they are so similar to other bipods I see out there. How did it go fixing those "wedge anchors" in the legs?
Very clear instructions good humor

your explaination of "seating the button" i find very important failure to do so may cause pinching users hand.
