At 26:25 I am pretty sure this is just an error, but the limit of integration on A should be CV and not eta. Because after you write it again with combining B and C the limit shows a control volume integral "CV". This confused me for a little bit.

could you explain why the area vector in the outflow is different from the inflow? I am not understanding the direction of the area vector and why it was chosen like that. Thank you!
