If I'm figuring that right. 800 Filipino pesos = $16.00 US. Is that a living wage there? I know it's a different culture and economy, I'm just curious.
@@villagepeoplephilippines That's the difference in economics from one place to another. That man can make a decent living wage making sticky rice on a bicycle is awesome. 😀👋💖🦋
I have a question, I've only known my Filipino girlfriend for 15 months via WhatsApp, we also do video chats. I send her 20 euros for headache tablets and vitamin tablets every 2 weeks. Should I keep sending money or stop doing it? what should I do ???
I am currently on a ferry 4:00AM in the morning, after being away filming the sight and sounds of another island for three days. But as a quick answer - if she has that many headaches and needs that many vitamins, I would be concerned.
The first and last time I ate from one of these venders selling coconuts cakes, I got food poisoning. From that time on I never ate from the streets. Recommend if you are not a local, not to ate from the streets.
Amazing😍...share nko maam

Interesting process. Is he drying the coconut out on top of the stove so he can grind it into a powder or flour? 😀👋💖🦋

$16.00 is considered reasonable considering those working in building or shop work would earn half of that.
