Hi Ryan, can you clarify what lies I have actually told here? You are obviously not very well educated, OR was not listening. I didn't actually tell any facts, just ready from some news stories and showed a meter. Please clarify EXACTLY what was a lie in this.
Ryan are missing mummys bittie

@@TheMacMaster So you detect EMF radiation emitted from an electric car ? Wow, who would have guessed, nevermind that emitted from power lines and all electrical devices, including the mobile phones that you always use. That article about distance charging was an accusation by Susan Hall who lost in the London mayoral election as a made up claim to scare people from voiting Labour. Its the same as saying the government are going to raise taxes on wearing blue socks becuase the haven't ruled it out. Are you so gullible to belive everything you read online ? Road charging is nothing to do with EVs, the tech is also in petrol cars nowadays so just one scare story with no actual basis in fact.
@@ryanjacques2007 You are correct but should back up your claims, however many such lies are just repeated myths which have already been debunked. A bit of research can reveal that!
I worked with asbestos from the age of 15 - 23 , nobody said a word about in those days , I am now 73 and are suffering the consequences. Perhaps this radiation has the same slow effect on your life . Who knows at this point in time .
@@mickhardstaff6605 not so slow im afraid. Many effects are subtle in nature but cumulative bringing all kinds of slow burn ailments to humans, animals, plants etc. Just like garbage foods and gmos such as tomatoes that never see soil and cattle that are fed on junk....some create immediate effects like allergies, others just slow cell effects such as ms.
I’ve just gone back to diesel after 19 months in electric 🎉
Yes, EMF definitely can have health effects.
I worked in electronics and electrical system design many years ago, often involving working with high voltage transformers, inductors and three phase power lines.
We had regular health checks, and signs were up everywhere for EMF sickness symptoms, such as heart palpitations, headaches, tiredness, loss of concentration, digestive or sleep issues, to name a few. In extreme cases, or those with EMF sensitivity, nerve and organ damage are possible.
Any contractor working in the field is made aware of health and safety issues around EMF when obtaining their ECS trade cards.
If you want to explore, the H&S legislation for employers is "The Control of EMF at Work Regulation 2016". And yes, EV technicians in the field are covered by this same legislation, so they wouldn't be included in this H&S legislation if their work did not involve EMF health risks.
Ice cars every time ! The Government is too scared and can’t afford to U turn on this and the longer it goes on the worse it’s going to be !
Petrol and Diesel vehicles are getting cleaner and cleaner 😊😊😊
I worked with a young man for several years, He grew up in a house next to a sub station, his first job had a pylon in the middle of the yard, then the trading estate he worked on had pylons over the yard. I worked in an office with him on the first floor a hundred yards from pylons and you could hear them buzzing. I'm no scientist and this might be coincidence but he died from a Brain Tumour.
@@matthewbacon5734 you dont need to be a scientist to join the dots...
Your daughter was smart to avoid buying an EV.

Don't take climate advice from somebody who flies to a climate conference in a jet airplane.
The criminal elite are just boasting about how dumbed down they've made their pawns, in that the criminal elite can fly jets right in front of their pawns' eyes and the pawns STILL idiotically believe the criminal elite claiming "climate change from carbon!" 🤦♂️
70% of EV sales are LEASED....The depreciation levels are so severe, that business model can't be sustained because THEYRE LOOSING MONEY....🤔😳🙄🇬🇧
At the moment, my main concern with electric vehicles is the questionable "better for the environment" claims. They need a vast amount of rare earth minerals to make the batteries and other components but because the damage from these open cast mining operations take place on the other side of the world, we can push it under the rug and say it isn't a problem.
Lithium waste lakes are so toxic that if a bird were to mistake them for water and land on them, they would be dead in just 5 seconds. Then there is the fire problem.
An electric car fire is notoriously difficult to extinguish. When Richard Hammond crashed an electric car during a race on "The Grand Tour", it took 7 days for the fire to be extinguished. As we get more electric cars on the road, we will see more car fires which last for days. How is that smoke going to improve the environment?
I got the heating on and an unberella in the hall to take the dogs out, global warming 😂😂😂😂
The new Ford Capri. The car nobody promised themselves.
AKA the Ford Crapi, or Ford Misspell. Let's just call it the Ford Crappy.
If the WHO says emf isn’t harmful then you can absolutely GUARANTEE this it will be.
Think of the number of people who suffer maladies when they live under high voltage power lines.
@@chrisaris8756 yeah....anybody doubt this then watch the documentary called 'Trust WHO'.....especially the last 5 - 10 mins. Youll never trust them again.
The WHO is politicians pretending to understand science. Prolonged exposure to strong EMF can and will cause fatal illness.
Of course it's about control, Blair and hundreds of cronies are just attending the richest guy in India son getting married, all arriving on private jets, of course it's about control. Btw, I mentioned Blair as he's the one pulling the strings on Stammer. Just saying.
Living or working in the vicinity of overhead power line radiation, can cause DNA changes, which can case cancer. Even living near a local step down transformer can cause similar problems. I certainly wouldn't want to go in an electric car if radiation levels are high. The media say that it is not a problem, but a house near me, which has a large local step down transformer at the bottom of its short garden, has apparently caused cancer deaths to three changes of occupants in that house over the past 30 years. Is that just coincidence? I look forward to your analysis of the various tests that you make. When I was an apprentice engineer in the late 1950s, I was experimenting with microwave electricity, which was in its infancy at the time. The radiation travelled through the air from the electrode and burnt my thumb from the inside outwards, which the hospital didn't know how to treat, having never seen anything like it before. One of the frequencies that I tried, lit up the florescent lighting tubes, that were NOT switched on, so I feel that all radiation could be dangerous, so beware of it.
The WEF “ you will own nothing and be happy” thats there motto
Most already own nothing with Mortgage and finance
I will not be told what car I drive and it certainly will not be an EV.
The EMF produced will be proportional to the power being consumed from the supply (battery) This is called an Inductive load utilizing the magnetic effect of electricity to produce motive force. A huge amount of electromotive force is used to propel these vehicles from 0 to 60 in around 3 seconds. See how much the meter records when accelerating compared to cruising.
Good point
Ask Geoff to see what the radiation levels are in one of his Volvos for a comparison.
@user-kl5iy6lj2c possibly detect some near to the alternator, but would be surprised if there was any concern within the cabin.
If you think electric car insurance is expensive now. Wait a few years as i.c.e. vehicles get taken off the road because these are the people having to pay the extra price on their insurance for the disasters that a few e.v's have caused todate. I can see e.v. insurances going up ten or more fold over the next 10 years or so.
Hello Lee, do you remember many years ago you couldn't have houses next to electic pylons because of all the electric? Today you sit in a electic car, was always wondered if they could make a man sterile. Roasted nuts. I'm now looking to buy a second hand xc90 4.4, just to keep all the people in the uk nice and warm. As you said lots of sun and high degrees Fahrenheit.😅 I'm looking forward to this new video.
I would never buy an EV with or without radiation. Too expensive and limiting. 😔
Interesting test but for balance shouldn't you do the test on ICE vehicles as well 🤔
Gordon M
The electro magnetic reading was probably produced by the electric motor not the actual batteries which is probably why the reading dropped when you were stationery
I got one of those meters this week. Measured a few microwave ovens-they have nothing compared to the Taycan.
And the microwave oven readings were proper scary.
Your onto something their m8 just imagine even tho the radiation is high in the porsche but can you imagine what radiation levels in a lower branded car maybe that is something you should look into!!!

The government needs to understand that new petrol and diesel vehicles are getting cleaner and cleaner
Yes but they can’t control you with the climate bollox and the ev saga , ice cars are better greener and reciclable 👍🤷🏼♂️
Oh, they fully understand this. Just as they understand how wonderfully clean the exhaust emissions are from a Euro 6 diesel. They understand all of this. But … it is clearly NOT about the environment just the same as the pLandemic was never about some pathetic cold that was maybe going around.
Realise the similarities between those two and you will understand the reasons for both. 😉
No idea why ford would allow some dumb nut to turn the capri a classic car into that 😢
They need to understand they are our trustees.
There’s tech now where they could build an engine to do 100 Miles a gallon but they wouldn’t alow it no money in it

No offense to Lee as he's realised the $cam but which is worse AI Cars or the EV driven by Dummies that have them
When you test magnetic levels Lee do it in a petrol car as well see difference.
If its bad in EV you would be mad to buy,I wouldn't touch one even if I were given one.
We evolved on a planet with a huge magnetic field so that shouldn't worry anyone.
And ironically an MRI scanner has huge electro-magnetic fields, yet one saved my life (and 17 weeks of chemo + radio therapy) during lock down.

I was a ship's radio officer in a previous life, and in that job you were sat next to a powerful high frequency transmitter for upwards of 8 hours a day. Sure, you weren't transmitting all that time but when you did you were very exposed, the antenna conductor often ran right above your head. Now, in the few years that I did the job I met a few of the old guys, the guys who had done this their whole working lives and without exception they were all bonkers, definitely not normal, so I'm convinced it does something to you. I like to think I got out of it in time however others assert that I missed that boat, but in my experience it is something to be concerned about.
Gday from Aus. Even though you are one of them, videos like this will have us asking what happened to Lee?
In short. No. No it is not worse than a microwave oven. You're at more risk from eating a lettuce leaf.
Probably if its injected with mRNA 😂
IS EMF dangerous ask people who live under HV wires or near pylons . .Try your meter by the chargers for your devices. even better below a 5G phone tower.
Would it not be possible to check petrol engine also for the record otherwise you'll be accused of bias😊?
This video seems to be embracing quite a lot of conspiracy theory type stuff. Perhaps you’re right re the WEF etc. Hopefully not.
Regarding EMF radiation I’m a chartered engineer and have worked on inverters for over 25 years. DC batteries are completely harmless as they are DC so nothing oscillating in them t ok give out radiation. The inverter that drives the motor and controls the speed of the motor could give out some EMF as it’s switching at a few kHz. The levels given out are tested and regulated as if too high interferes with other electrical equipment. Microwave type stuff is different as is a lot higher frequency and this is a similar range to mobile phone signals. These can be harmful and as microwaves heat up water and humans are mostly water it’s easy to see why. Possibly being a bit simplistic.
Ionising radiation very harmful and this would be more like nuclear stuff and alpha particles given off. Wouldn’t expect any of that in an EV.
But, but...the beeps, what about the beeps?🤔
The big loud scary beeps!😱
I fear for his health and all other EV drivers, don't you?
Hi Lee. I totally agree with you about radiation. I remember back a few years ago when there was concern about a street in Dundee that has overhead power cables running up the middle of the road. There was talk of increased cancer risk to locals in that street. Makes you think.
EMF highest from electric blankets, there have been years of testing of EM fields. The batteries are DC so no EM fields are generated by them, the inverters and motors will but this is restricted, it is not possible for them to generate large fields as they would interfere with everything around them at harmful levels
I wonder if it affects anyone with a pacemaker?
I have a pacemaker so electo magnetic fields are bad for me,they won't use any electrical equipment on me a physiotherapy because of risks so if they are through the roof in electric cars I'd have to avoid ,not that I would have 1 to start with😢
Your most viewed video just reached a million views!
The high EMF levels are being generated by the motors of course.....Huge coils creating magnetic forces as you drive....🤔🤔😳😏🇬🇧
The new Crapi....is an SUV....Lee...
See what I did there...?...😏😏🇬🇧
Might I suggest crap E as it rhymes a bit better. Like the style though!
Can you do the same test in a 2010 diesel focus and then in a new petrol car. I drive the 2010 diesel focus.
So much electroniwizadry in new cars now that may sway results.
Just a thought . 🇬🇧
Agreed. Would be good to compare.
Are people with heart pacemakers affected by this radiation?
I'm pacemaker dependent I have to avoid magnetic fields mate
Electro magnetism. I believe that if you stand under an electric pylon and hold a Fluorescent tube it will light up. Will 600 volts under your a----se have the same effect ?
Oh yes definitely i stop reading and watching the news this year i was getting depressed and down with all the doom and gloom
I would rather buy a Bosch kettle than an EV. I went back to petrol cayman GT4 a real car with a real engine 😊
A bit of an eye opener! Thanks mate
The planet heating causes climate change not climate warming, it is likely the changes will actually result in warmer extremes, wetter extremes and colder extremes, in the uk in particular it may change the gulfstream which would make us colder. Measuring EM fields is very complex as the body affects the field itself. To measure them accurately takes a calibrated frequency sweep. It costs around £500000 for systems to measure a relatively limited range of frequencies accurately
What you need is a 25yr old, maroon Vauxhall Corsa B - the only thing it damages is my image! 🤣
You can only push the public so far 🔥
MacMaster, Try USING a Compass in the car, an old fashion one, see which way it points! PEOPLE Gag on things shoved down their throats. We can't afford 90k pounds either. Question for you? Do the doors automatically unlock after a collision or lock you in to COOK? I think the charges being put back or inserted, is due to the weight and Possible road damage that the car may inflect. Hopefully she doesn't have the need for children. So Capri owners shouldn't be allowed to pro create? People, children living close to the HIGH Tension lines in the States have had higher cases of Childhood Leukemia. 200-300 ft. away, that's like 50k volts+ but I'm no scientist.
The safe levels of electromagnetic field (EMF) exposure can vary depending on the frequency and duration of exposure. Here are some general guidelines:
Low-frequency EMFs: Generally considered to pose little danger to human health. Most everyday sources of EMFs fall into this category, such as power lines, household appliances, and electronic devices1.
High-frequency EMFs: This includes ionizing radiation like X-rays and gamma rays, which can damage DNA and cells. Protection measures are more critical in environments where this type of radiation is present1.
Safe Exposure Levels: Some scientists recommend safe EMF exposure levels to range from 0.5 milligauss (mG) to 2.5 mG for low-frequency EMFs2. For high-frequency EMFs, the World Health Organization (WHO) suggests a guideline safety limit of 5000 volts per meter (V/m)3.
It’s important to note that these are general guidelines and the actual safe levels may depend on specific circumstances and individual sensitivity. If you’re concerned about EMF exposure, it’s best to consult with health professionals or experts in the field for advice tailored to your situation.
I got one of them EMF testers, when I put it within 3ft of my so called smart TV it goes off the scale beeping and red flashing lights.
when i ordered my new car , I told them what car I wanted. once the paperwork was completed. He had to ask me if I would consider getting a electric car or he would have got. into trouble
Asking is ok though, it's no different to the shoe salesperson asking if you want a can of protecting spray!

So Mac what’s the Electromagnetic Radiation level on a mobility scooter because they’re EVs also ?
Where’s the Calibration Certificate for your meter ?
..or the E-bikes that he tests!?
Lee, just thought - your electromagnetic field radiation detector is probably reacting to your iPhone being ON in the car. Try it with the phone OFF and left outside the car (iPhone leaves the bluetooth on even when the phone is supposed to be off - sneaky trick to track the phone/your location).
Amazing,greets from Calpe
Great ideal of you/you and geof doing some tests with the EMF device look forward too it
G'day Lee, you are right to be concerned but I'm not sure that the EMR that you are testing could ever be a problem. Radiation needs to ionising to cause hidden damage. There's nothing in an electric car that is emitting ionising radiation.
Even the radiation in a microwave oven is non-ionising.
Non-ionising radiation can really only burn you by touching it, such as touching an old style lightbulb or an ICE exhaust pipe. The bits that get hot in an EV (or ICE for that matter) tend to be out of the way so you won't touch them in normal use.
Wrong, so wrong.
It beeps warnings FFS!
Big loud scary beepy warnings!😱
Ignore the beeps at your peril.

Remember when you heard about some people and animals getting sick in EVs? Symptoms from high levels of magnetic radiation include: cell growth and morphology, dna structure and gene expression, reproduction and development issues, animal behavioral issues, cardiovascular issues, immune response discrepancies, physiological regulation and circadian rhythms issues, etc.

120,000 pounds no wonder sales tanked.
The price of evs are ridiculously high, that's why they struggle to sell them.
For some unknown reason, Lee has chosen to not report the June UK car sales figures.

@@DwaynePipes I think the only reason evs were slow to sell and I some cases still are slow to sell is due to price.

There is more pollution from China manufacturing cars etc than all the UK petrol / diesel cars create?
would that pollution suddenly stop if they produced ICE cars instead ? if not what is your argument ?
@@richardbartlett6932 No my point is that the means of power generation in China is mainly coal making it the worlds major polluter. We should not be trading with China but in the UK.
