I have used as a azelaic acid cream in many of my patients and even on myself. This medicine works in most of the cases and gives great results in acne patients with post acne hyperpigmentation. But it should always be used under supervision of a dermatologist.
Whenever I use azelaic acid I feel itching and burning sensation, I have some allergy with this , benzoyl peroxide works best for me , no itching nothing.

Don't use acne star gel. Mene bhi use ki thi but kuch time tak sahi raheta hai or fhirse pimples aa jate hai, use salicylic acid face wash, and azelaic acid cream.

Same issue, no it doesn't because hormonal acne will always be there no matter what topical ointment you use, so you need to take care of lifestyle habits, to take care of hormonal acne.. 🙃 I had been using 15% dermat prescription, the ointment tube is empty but my acne still the same, though it helped in initial days, but acne came back, even in our case iso tretinoin( oral medicine for acne as last treatment option) will not work...

But every time I tell this to a dermat they don't take it seriously and end up diagnosing me with hormonal acne. Although isotretinoin works for me. My dermatologist prescribed that for about 4 months and it did clear up my skin even during the summers. All of it is just so confusing. 🥲

I use this cream once for half or 1 hour in 2 days, it gives me very burning sensation, i must apply moisturizer after washing face and i wash face with cleanser, the most important thing i want to share is DO NOT USE IT WITHOUT DOCTORS CONSULTATION PLEASE it can be best or worst if you use it alot it can burn your skin
it works but but you need doctors guidance how many times, for how much time you need to apply it don't use too much if you are using it first time if you get irritation , burning sensation too much wash it and moisturizer is must. if you think i will use alot then i will get results faster so you are wrong be careful.@@desivlog7432

aziderm is one of the worst products sold by dermas in India. I have seen more damage done by aziderm than benefit. It is only sold because dermas as given heavy discount upto 70% by Indian pharmas

Mam my doctor told me to use this in evening and at night after facewash benzoil peroxide gel on acne. So my question was that is it alright to apply azelic acid on face without washing face in the evening, i do have sunscreen on my face already in the evening.
@@RUclipsSuniL if it is possible for you to contact the dermatologist by call or by visit(if nearby) than you should ask him, i have been using a face wash or sometimes i just use face wipe and than apply azelic acid cream,and after some time i follow by sunscreen, face wipes may not be suitable since they contain fragrance. You can use any mild face wash.
@@introvert243 according to google you can, but if you're having any skin condition be careful. Even i am using salisylic face wash but i use it in morning and in night. And i am told by my doctor to apply azelaic cream in the evening,so i just wash my face with plain water to remove sunscreen and then i apply this cream.
@@pjzala1836 actually I don't have any type of severe acne on my face but I have lots of closed comedons and past acne marks on my face they are of brown tone... although I am not following any skin care products just Himalaya neem face wash...yaa I get some acne occasionally but they cures themselves only but the only regret after that is that they leave their irritating marks on their spot...so can I use salisylic acid based facewash...??and if yes then which one please recommend me...and yaa please suggest me something about these acne marks also??...it will be really helpful to me..!!
