AIRBAG FITOUT [Putting Airbags on the N80 Hilux]

Welcome back to another video, this is a little different to the regular.
In this video I'm in the workshop fitting Polyair Spring Airbags and there Cradle kit into the Hilux.
This gives the suspension the support it may need when traveling fully loaded but have the nice comfort when unloaded and not be over sprung from heavy duty springs, as well as using the Cradle Kit, it allows there to be full range of suspension travel due to it separating out of the Cradle and not being connected to the leafs and chassis.

Thanks, sir. I'd like to inquire about improving the driving experience on uneven roads. Would adding airbags to the stock leaf suspension enhance the ride quality on bumpy surfaces? Additionally, would installing airbags and removing some leaf suspension plates contribute to a smoother ride?

Thanks for tips! Are you running extended shackles with your cradle kit? I'm running 3-500kg constant 2" parabolics and feels rough as dropping from an extended shackle down to a standard size one 😅

Hi mate. Have you had any issues with the bags not going back in the cradle and pinching when off-road?
What kit did you use? Can the bag be mounted to the chassis or diff or the diff only.

Hey mate,
Never really had any problems with them miss aligning or pinching. And I used the poly air spring cradle kit, and the mounting is dependent on the vehicle
