I like the one you left out of with the painters there, it had the best Primary closet and the over all lay out wasn't bad. BUT I like the lot of the this last one, it seems much more usable (over all) than the rest. And great video again, I have to say your videographers skills have come up a lot from some videos I watched from 3 months ago. You were giving me whiplash and dizziness the way you were throwing that camera around lol. Keep showing, these great houses it's much appreciated!
Correct me if I'm wrong, but those houses appear to be built on a flood plain. Even if they are not, standing water looks like it will accumulate quite easily and pose a problem to the foundations of those houses by way of water infiltration. Again, I could be wrong. The toppgraphy of the land is what causes me to think standing water could be an issue.
No it’s not in a flood zone based on Georgia Flood Map Program: www.georgiadfirm.com/Snapshot.html?Address=1-51%20Sandy%20Ridge%20Rd,%20Mcdonough,%20Georgia,%2030252&X=-83.99857092094909&Y=33.41836246496266&xMin=-88.99857092094909&yMin=28.418362464962662&xMax=-78.99857092094909&yMax=38.41836246496266
@@raymondrileyjr i'm guessing there is no river adjacent to those lots. After I read your reply, I looked up the official definition of a flood plain and learned a flood plain is a piece of land adjacent to a river that stretches from the banks of the river to the enclosing Valley walls. The adjacent land could, therefore, be flooded if the river water level rose above its banks. Based on your reply, I guess there is no river adjacent to the lots along with enclosing valley walls, so the land cannot be a flood plain. So, you are right. However, my only concern with those lots is that the topography appears very conducive to flooding from just a normal rainstorm. A river would not need to be located adjacent to them. That's just my take from the topography of the lots.Thank you for taking the time to reply to my comment.

Love the land space
It’s definitely spacious.
I prefer the second home.
What is the grading on the land, to keep it from flooding?
Both houses are nice just wondering are more houses going to be built there or is this it
I like the house but just felt I missed a lot of the first house as it was felt rushed
Don’t know why but they land reminds me of Kansas…Wizard of Oz! 😂
😂😂
It's the first one of this video. I love that primary walk in closet

🤣🤣🤣 no whiplash🤣🤣. Thanks for watch and commenting.
Really wish they had double door entry. Single doors seem slightly outdated to me now. It looks great and can bring in free light LOL.
I am not sure which is my favorite! Lol I just don't know what I would do with all that land! The houses are nice!
I like the lots. Just not into the two story homes.

That's a good price for new homes with that much land
