Moto Guzzi 2021 V85TT Front brake Disc wear tolerances??

Having been told by the Guzzi dealer here in Canada that my front brake discs were to loose to ride & to park the bike & replace the discs at 12,000km. They didn't say they were loose where or by how many mm?? The warranty was denied & new discs cost me $600 & took 4 months to arrive, not bad for a 5 month riding season here in Canada. I asked the dealer what numbers they were using to confirm that the floating discs were beyond mechanical tolerances, they said they had no numbers & it was just their mechanics eyeballing experience! Appalled at this lack of min/max tolerance numbers another Guzzi rider (also a Mechanical Engineer) set up a small tool to measure the tolerances on my old discs, the new discs & discs from his Guzzi which had 27,000km on it. The only numbers we could find anywhere on the internet were from Zodiac in the Nederlands. Piaggio Italy refused my emails, Guzzi USA said too bad & didn't reply to my 3rd email, Brembo Italy didn't reply, Sunstart (Guzzi OEM discs) didn't reply, only the racing dept at Brembo USA asked hoping to see the numbers. Nobody else offered any help or any numbers at all. The results at the end of the video were surprising to us. I feel I was left no choice but to pay $600 for a pair of new discs all because of a lack of availabilty of min/max tolerance numbers. See what you think, someone apart from the factory must have numbers somewhere!
