If you've ever seen a video of Jenna Miscavige, her almost unchanging facial expression and her calming voice make her appear to be a psychopath, even though she probably isn't one. The church of scientology messed her up so bad, many of the effects that life had on her are permanent.
She's not a psychopath. She is just a moron. She doesn't possess the wherewithal to come up with any plan more devious than wiping herself back to front. That blank expression is just that. There is no way she wrote a book. She has a mental acuity of a turnip. She was talked into signing her name to a book deal of which I gather she gets all the free lollipops and headpats that she can stand. She is a textbook Scientologist though.

In her case, she was probably conditioned by psychological abuse throughout her childhood to not show emotion. This is probably the cause of her constant blank expression.
