I don't know how you've done this, yesterday in sparring i was having issues against an aggressive opponent and now you release this video... You need to release a video on how you read the minds of your subscribers lol
Hey Gabriel, just wanted to tell you how much value your videos are adding in the community. Your tips are amazing and every time I am perplexed at an aspect of my game after sparring, I come here and find all the answers. I watched this video before my training today because I was expecting I would spar and always have problems with aggressive opponents , I tend to just shell up and let them gas out. But today I was catching the aggressive guys with a sweet check hook as they were coming in. I am fighting my first white collar fight in March so that was a huge confidence boost for me. Thanks a lot, keep it up!!!
This advice is very practical, because as an inexperienced fighter I always just assumed that overly aggressive rushing in and trying to make short work of it is my best bet. Keep up the good work.
Thank you so much for making this awesome video Gabriel, I found it really beneficial for me, because, whenever I spar against someone, who is overly aggressive, I get leaded and get hit by them a lot, I will try these tips in sparring, I know these will help me 100%, thank you so much, for making this awesome video Gabriel! 🎉
Really nice thank you so much Gabriel. Also, using front elbow from guard to stab in his face as he advances while optionally counter advancing can scare the opponent too.
Edited: Never mind on the footwork video, I just found you made one a short time ago that I didn't get a notification for. Cot Dayum you're on top of it all! You're putting out great stuff sir. Do you have or would you be willing to put out a video of a footwork workout? As in a 5-10 minute workout comprised of just evasive footwork. Or maybe a video on reading opponents and figuring out their tells and patterns so that a fighter could adjust their game plan against them. Some fight IQ stuff. I know that comes with experience but having some insight on how you do it could help.
As a taller fighter I hate infighting and agressive opponents, lately ive been getting chewed up in sparring because I dont move enough out of the way.
Hey garbra have you seen last episode of ufc embedded about pantoja's opponent royval for bantam weight title royval on this episode has shown a crazy cardio he runned for 10 miles what do you think gabriel

He was there
He posts like a billion videos a week, he’s bound to hit the target sometime early
You are not going to stop having issues magically just because you watched this video, otherwise you would be a world champion overnight
*He's in your walls.*
Mind of a fighter broski!
Gabriel's speed really is unreal. Did you see how fast he changed hats???
As someone who has always had shit cardio, your recent videos are really helpful coach!

I'm going to a new gym today. It'll be the 2nd gym I've joined if it turns out well thanks for the advice!
Another great video Mr. Varga! What about tying them up like boxers do and leaning on them? Is that useful in kickboxing?
Great video very helpful thank you.
Great Video
I love how the santa hat just pops into a cap 😂 I had to add a *POP* myself when I rewinded 😂
