Great video! I love the Gorge and spend alot of time there... Can't wait for next weekend as I'll be heading back.. thanks for sharing. looks like you had a good time...
Hey Brian GREAT video! You have outdone yourself with this one! Keep up the amazing and time consuming work on the great videos. THANKS for the entertainment!
Brand new subscriber, and this is the second video we, my wife and I, watched. It was a blast. Thanks for your humor and video editing as well as the beautiful shots of God's country.
Great video, enjoyed your songs as well. How nice that those folks are providing a free fireworks display for the Sea Lions! It's no wonder they keep coming back, lol.
Wow Brian! You are one talented individual. You can tell jokes, shoot great videos, teach history, write/pirate and sing songs, make "how to" videos, even cook. Impressive. Good Job...
Thanks for sharing. I really enjoyed the video and it's awesome how your able to go and and enjoy your own little adventures. We live in such a beautiful country, yet many of us really never get to see and enjoy it. Safe travels.
Great video Brian. I just found your channel. My wife and I are coming to the Northwest this summer. Looks like we have a lot of videos of yours to watch! Love the singing! Can't wait to head west. Ted & Lee Ann
Great video as always Brian! We love the song. We are heading north at the end of May and we are planning to visit some of the places shown on your video on our way to Seattle for a Cruise. We will be taking the RV so it will be fun. Thanks so much for this video.
+RVwithTito Hi Brian, We are doing a cruise to Alaska and then heading out to Banff and Jasper National park on the RV. Yes That was me who order the booster :). Have not tested it yet :)
+Jorge Palencia Sounds like a great trip. I've been wanting to go to Banff also but haven't been able to convince Melissa. I can't wait to hear about it.
RVwithTito I use google maps. It has a feature that you can "save" a place and it will actually add a star to my main google map. So once we are around the Columbia River, I'll easily see certain spots that interest me from this video or wherever I found them, when I open up and use it. It's an easy reminder without me have to keep track of it other ways. You can also make "custom" maps in "my maps".
I have a daughter living in Tacoma. .. Next time I go visit her I'm going to come back to California along the coast to see some of the sights you have given... Thank you...
Phantom Rider Thanks!! The coffee pot is just an old-style percolator for espresso you can probably find at a kitchen store. There are various sizes here on Amazon: bit.ly/rvwt-coffee-pot. I use espresso roast in it and use it a lot while dry camping. Melissa, on the other hand, prefers our little Keurig which I have to run off the inverter.
Brian, I have been enjoying your RV upgrades videos. We were on Columbia River highway 14 this last August 2020. We really enjoyed our stay despite the smoke from all the Oregon fires. We started near the town of White Salmon. We discovered a wonderful antique store, Antiques &Oddities Check it out!
Did you know the the Bonneville Power House was n the movie Short Circuit? It was NOVA. The outside, anyway. And since you were on Hwy 14, you missed the best soft ice cream in the Gorge, at the East Wind Drive-in in Cascade Locks.
RV Granny That was my plan actually...to end up at the Grand Coulee. After a couple of days of go go go, I decided to relax instead and save the rest for another trip. I have been up in that area a few times though. Thanks for the comment!!
That's great. I lived near Moses Lake for a few years and was so fascinated with how the place was created. It's great story and I've told everybody who will listen. Thank you for the wonderful videos.
Well , I thought you were pretty cool to begin with in your DIY videos before , but I happened to be playing my guitar just to pick up that background music that plays on your videos and bam ! lo n behold , you were jamming on your guitar, so now your extra cool in my book
It is beautiful scenery with the dams and the hiking trail. I live in the netherlands, so i cannot give you advice where you should go next. I am more into nature (mountains, forrests, national parks) then the (big) cities.
Brian. I love your videos. I've been wanting to camp at Mary hill. You've inspired me. Loved the salmon joke. Great video. Keep them coming. Did you leave the dirty dishes for Melissa? ;) I'll be watching for you on the road.
Ocean Shores was always a popular place to go. There are a couple other places along the Pacific Coast and Olympic Peninsula. There are also a few pull-offs on the WA side of the Columbia that we often stay at for a night while passing through. We've been spending most of our boondocking time in other areas around the Western US.
@@RVwithTito Would be very interested and appreciative of GPS coordinates or more info on spots. I do travel along the columbia river often... both sides. I am heading up to the olympic peninsula in a few months. Thank you.
Sean Clevenger Yes. It was fun and I lucked on weather too. Stumbling on the boondocking site was just that. I saw all of these RVs and campers along the river near the John Day dam. Most of the folks were there for the fishing. I knew it was managed by the Army Corps of Engineers so I drove through, found a good spot and claimed it. I got on my bike later and scouted out more of the area. I found a better spot and moved the next morning.
That was an awesome video! :-) Your an excellent musician from one guitar player/RVer to another! Do you have electric as well or just acoustic guitars? Looking forward to the next adventure! :-)
Are you "allowed" to say where this is?? I'm thinking early October. I want to test my solar with the EF Delta. BTW, the solar to EF Delta charge puts out a huge RFI on the HF ham bands. Nasty it is. This was a test at home in backyard kinda close to the antenna so will check when camping. Also, did you show a segment on erecting flexable solar panels at a 45 degree angle in the field, NOT attached to the r/v?

Sea lions do not make it through the dams to get there. Those pyrotechnics are used to scare the birds that prey on the salmon smolts.
