So I actually REALLY like this style of deck building that is being offered to us with NSP and NSO. I see a lot of talk about people saying they're packfiller cards with so - so ef, which is largely true, but the sheer amount of cards and synergy really rewards deep game knowledge and flexibility. These are decks that really come down to the player. Not to say that this is auto tier 1 in the right hands, but no one's going to build this deck the same way, and you get so rewarded for splashing other cards, focusing on certain abilities I think this is a positive direction for digimon to go.
I don't know if this was answered on stream or not but all these digimon are from the "Pendulum Color" V-pet series. That's why they9 all have a bunch of different types and colors and also why they have weird DNA digivolves.
@@pn2294 It's not where DNA Debuted. I mean V-Pets are yeah, but 'Pendulum Color" is a specific new line. These past few sets have been product placement for that.
Create a deck based on the Anubis staples of Anubismon, Dober X, Labramon, Ogremon, Goburimon, Cerberus X, and add in the NSo top end, Demidevi, and Devi. That deck is Disgusting with a capital D.
Plus the dokugumon promo which is really interesting. It is a lvl 4 with a cost of 3 that on play and deletion suspends a digimon. Works great with the mamoths.
Callismon is from the V-Tamer 01 manga. With the cool Taichi and Zeromaru. Callismon is a mutated Digimon, created from Grizzlymon infused with Arkadimon data.
I believe the reason they have jogress is to push damage the same way decks used Kimeramon, its just an in archetype Kimeramon to push for game when youre able to swarm the field and gives a sort of rush attack with those small bodies, the regular evo for these new jogress cards are on curve and no extra effect when joressing so I think its just for otk purposes
When I played the deck , I loved all the lvl 4s cause they are NSO , but lvl 5s and 6s are not, the best of them are Piedmon and myotismon the rest are just splashable
even though NSo looks like filler, I've seen a build of them using the infamous CerberusX engine, the same way LKX. It makes a lot of sense, lots of free memory, reviving digimons, and most importantly you get to build 2 lines at the same time, perfect for the joggress, hell, even Boltboutamon revives digimons and will retrigger the memory gains. Now, I know we are a bit tired of that engine, but honestly, seems like the best way to play the deck.
I really like Piedmon. Always have since I watched the show as a kid. I think that anytime I get to use Piedmon in a new and cool way is really fun. It doesn't have to be the best deck in the game. It doesn't have to be a great deck in the game. As long as I'm enjoying myself, I think that's what really matters. I think there are a lot of people who feel that way about a lot of cards and decks in the game, and comments like this really bring down the mood. Wouldn't it be nice to for just a moment forget about tournaments, and tiers, and pack allocation, and just shuffle up something I like and have fun with it?
Yup. I put Nature spirits together for my buddy's kids after I opened the set. It's great for them to have something to play. It was nice to essentially have an actual deck nearly guaranteed just for opening a box I was gonna open already, even if it isn't tournament wworthy
I'm sure someone answered in the chat, but the sentient part of Candmon canonically is the flame, the body is a decoy!

It’s also where DNA debuted, so it’s Paildramon that’s the weird one.😂

@@crestfallenhussar895 I meant the Pendulum lines in general

BoltBoutamon = VoltBautamon
Volto = Face (Italian)
Bouta = Mask (Italian origins)
Its name is in reference to its mask.

It’s because those Digimon originally had Jogress in the V-pets, so they added it to the cards to reflect it
4:50 because level 7s play a lot of digimon so it's a way to give them rush after playing several level 4s
When I played the deck , I loved all the lvl 4s cause they are NSO , but lvl 5s and 6s are not, the best of them are Piedmon and myotismon the rest are just splashable
Can't you do NSo with the bt4 Anubis? Just giving all those digimon rush?
get instantly upset by purple, despite this is going to be a very mid deck. So its my main deck for the set

NSo is packfiller. Pure and simple. Just compare the card quality to Deep Savers. Or even Nsp; which turned out to be nothing but packfiller for EX07.

Think it meant for the limit or seal events
It could easily get more support in EX09
