In February thru March 2009, we went home as Balikbayan and we stayed at Manansala, Rockwell. The place was like a studio apartment with very tiny or small kitchen. It had a small porch, facing Estrella Street, you could see Colgate Factory or advertisement. You could hear the sound of church bell coming from Our Lady of Guadalupe. The lobby was beautiful. I paid the water bill on top of my rent. It had washer and dryer. Very small electric stove. This was a walking distance to Power Plant Mall. It had Rustan’s Shopping Market; Starbucks where they hung out; different cuisines food restaurants and clothing stores; theater and soon on. Jeepneys were everywhere to catch and buses. I enjoyed the place. Too far to walk to Ayala. Too many short cuts either from BelAir, P. Burgos, and Makati Avenue. This area was a good place. That time, they were building another phase in front of Manansala Condos. Joya was around the Corner or block. Thank you for sharing your video. Beautiful.!
