In this coaster battle, I break down and analyze each ride by their best qualities to compare the ride experiences. However, it was tough to pick a winner both are the best at their respected parks, Phantasialand and Islands of Adventure. Taron is overhated by people because the layout is just turns and airtime hills. It’s still an amazing ride and the theming/soundtrack is amazing. With that being said, the second half on VelociCoaster is on another level. I prefer the theming and scenery on Taron, so Taron is my second favorite blitz coaster out of the 5 I’ve done.
I totally agree! While I haven’t gotten a night ride on Taron, Velocicoaster at night is just something else and those inversions have to be the best on any roller coaster
@@AirtimeProductions the mosasaurus roll is my all time favorite inversion. Taron looks insane at night, I really need to try and go to their wintertraum event some day.
I feel like when building the ride, they almost intended riders to ride Taron in the snow because it looks surreal! The mosasouraus roll is my favorite inversion and it’s not even close, people would say the death roll on Iron Gwazi but I would disagree because my second favorite inversions is definitely Full Throttle’s loop
If you try some day Batman Gotham City Escape it will be no doubt in your top 3. I put it slightly above Taron, at least if we talk about the onride experience. I didn't try Velocicoaster yet.
It’s been on my bucketlist since I saw the renderings! I totally agree, honestly maybe even top 2 or number one for me, so I’ll definitely have to visit it someday
@@AirtimeProductions number one I doubt it just because its broke down often, the preshow is boring and pointless once you know it, and theming is below Velocicoaster (still good enough). But, still, is my personal number one.
I’ve only done Taron. But I prefer it over taiga and Batman Gotham city escape. Taron at night in wintertraum is mental, such a crazy paced ride and the launches are incredible
I still have yet to ride Taiga and Batman Gotham City but they seem awesome! Their ride layouts look like some of Intamin’s best works! Also I bet, I want to get back for a wintertraum event someday
@@AirtimeProductions Batman has a lot of airtime and hang time. Taiga has an amazingly paced layout in the hill. However, I do find Taron has the intensity of taiga, Batman’s airtime (less but as good), the whippiest transitions, the best launches BY FAR, and the theming. I do think people just hate Taron because the haven’t done it
Yeah, that’s so true! People definitely judge it off its smaller height and seemingly less airtime hills despite containing airtime in unexpected elements- people call it overrated but I say it’s underrated/fairly rated
Velocicoaster is wayy better im sorry. The first launch into the little pre section with all them crazy whips drops and turns in the back-row at night??? Its wicked. And don’t even get me started about the second part of the layout. The launch to the drop and then it gives you so much hang time, its immaculate. Velocicoaster is my pick by farrr
Those inversions are amazing!! Easily the best in the world! I got a night ride too and it was just surreal because it feels like it runs like a different roller coaster

Good video, respect your opinion but I disagree with it, I feel that Veloci is the more complete ride, and at the end of Taron's first half I thought it died out on the pacing. Either way, they're both amazing rides, with VC at my #3 overall and Taron at #7.
Still, Gotham City Escape is better than those two hahahahah

1:21 can somebody explain why in the background you can see another velocicoaster train go through the dive loop when there isn't a block section the entire ride until the end
btw if there is a block section just not block brakes I don't know much about this coaster
Dude just because they are made from the same manufacture doesn't mean they are similar still NO comparison, even though they both have excellent theming but they are NOT the same, it's like comparing storm runner at Hershey park to TTD/TT2 (top thrill dragster) at cedar point, same manufacture but different ride concept.

Yeah, Velocicoaster definitely tends to be most people’s favorite, but there’s just something about Taron for me that makes it so enjoyable

You comparing a carnival ride to the velocicoaster explains why you only have 68 views and will be lucky to break 100.
Bad take. One is a world class attraction the other wouldn't be average in Sea World. I'd suggest a new hobby.
No need to downgrade other people due to their opinion. Plus, this is a fair comparison, the speed of taron rushing through the worlds BEST theming is literally the same as the forces of velocicoaster.
You’re a weirdo, and you’re also wrong. Your comment makes me think you haven’t been on Taron before, and if you have, once again, people are entitled to their own opinions. Taron is one of the least “carnival ride” like rides I’ve ever seen, the way it’s integrated into Klugheim with the theming is amazing. Taron is way better than anything at SeaWorld…
The comparison is valid 😂 they’re made by the same manufacturer and are the same model, they feel near identical with the exception of Taron not offering inversions
Also, I’m probably still going to stick with my hobby, I don’t ride roller coasters for views but rather for my own enjoyment and to share it with those who share my same interest
