While a shame this wasn't a Venator, I still do enjoy the Venator polybag from the early 2000s. Have three of them and it's nice to have a fleet with those.
All Printed parts?! In a Star Wars set? 😮 Have I died and gone to Heaven?! 😍 I don't buy sets without mini figures, so I won't get this. But that is awesome and I hope it continues into other Star Wars sets!
I can't imagine Lego setting out to make an Accilmator set. The fact we had the UCS venator and the midi scale invisible hand - I think this started as a midi venator and then the shape of the build during design and development turned out to resemble an accilmator more so they pivoted. I imagine it's hard to make the star destroy or ventator in that that shape at midi scale and still be reasonably proportionate and that's why we haven't had one yet.
I appreciate that it is close enough to scale with the Invisible Hand that it doesn’t look bad next to it, and I hope when they do a Venator it also is in a similar scale.
Great video!! Once you are done reviewing all the 2025 sets you should compare the 2005, 2014, and 2025 arc-170 starfighters. They are one of my favorite starships and a comparrisson video would be cool.
Definitely adding this set to all the others like it. Having no space left sets at this size are somehow refreshing. Love that ramp detail as well cool little perk. That's again for all the hard work you do for us all.
I would say this is a day one buy, I might be biased because I love the Acclamator but I feel the model is just too good to wait, I also feel like it has a good ratio of length to width, specifically the width I feel makes it worth $50, & it has no stickers.
its a display ship for adult collectors, I don't understand everyone's obsession with it needing a minifigure. I feel the minifigure would throw off the set from being a serious display piece
it’s cool, i’ve been a big fan of star wars, especially the lego sets, since about 2007 when i was a child. i had never heard of this ship until this set. every time i saw them on screen, i thought it was a venator at a weird angle. it’s cool that they’re doing more niche sets
If the many scale series Or the starship series had minifigure figures Or at least one I would purchase Yes I love the clone wars but this is something i'm going to not purchase
Hi MandR! Only kinda related to this set, but I made a concept for a 2025 Lego Star Wars Advent Calendar, which comes with: - Republic Fighter Tank (doesn't look like an A-wing like the 2018 one) - Homing Spider Droid (legs move unlike the 2011 version) - Republic Dropship (has the legs unlike the 2013 version) - AT-OT - Anakin's Jedi Interceptor - Obi-Wan's Jedi Interceptor - Corporate Alliance Tank Droid - Vulture Droid (has 4 wings unlike the 2 old ones) - Droid Tri-Fighter - Acclamator - Coruscant Guard Gunship - ARC-170 with opening wings - MTT in Clone Wars color scheme - SPHA-T walker - Senate Podium with micro Palpatine and 2 other microfigures - AT-TE Sleigh (with crate of Lego sets on the back) - Clone Shock Trooper - 212th Clone Trooper - Christmas Sweater Anakin - Christmas Sweater Obi-Wan - Santa Captain Rex - Battle Droid - Super Battle Droid - General Grievous *the AT-TE Sleigh has a cannon to shoot any naughty kids with.
Ask Mandr: For the M&R shop, could you make custom-printed pieces for the 2002 Republic gunship(Matching the same original printing style of the 2000s)? My main problem with that set is the stickers are always cracking or peeling off, and I would love to be able to buy replacement pieces so I can always have the brand-new feeling of that set.
If it were to be made larger, it would probably need another 200 pieces due to the odd shaping of the set. It’s a super wide ship haha. It would have raised it to probably $80
It may be the shortest of the starship, but also got to consider that is also one of the widest ships in the current roster and I think piece count is comparable to the invisible hand as well
I think it is wise for them to not release a Mid Scale Venator before this or it may not have sold as well at least with casual fans! I will be waiting for the 20/30% off for this and HomeOne!
I work in the german Legoland. We have 40% on the Online lego store for everything in every 12 month / OR until we spend 500€ i guess. I have never spent this much in a year, so its absolutely not a problem for me that this is limited. I just wanted to say that i definitely gonna get this thing with this 40% off, so its 30€ only. And that i think a nobrainer move.
@zennar1537 As inflation goes up, Lego will have to raise prices. It sucks but 50 for the ship and printed pieces isn't bad, in my opinion. It could of cost more than 50.
I do hope we get the Venator and Star Destroyer. Because we can get, what I call, the four big ships from Battlefront. (The four big ships you reside in, in Battlefront 2 back in the day.) The Home One, and Invisible Hand, are already done.
Something i'm hoping for is that some people make an alternative build midi-scale venator with like two of the acclamator. Of course this set is also really great but i would like to get a good venator for display that doesn't cost 650 euros
I’m actually curious, would it be a better idea to have this set swapped their release dates with each other so the invisible hand could have had a 20 years of ROTS? But the set is great, 9.5/10
I will agree that it is a better looking set than I expected, but where I live here in Europe I've seen the Executor on sale for 50$ aswell, and if I see both on the shelves and both for 50$, I still think its a no-brainer which would be the better purchase.
Tbh, i know somebody is gonna do a moc where they combine two acclamators to make a venator so i might just wait for this to go on discount and buy two and make a venator.
The stands are inconsistent. On the executor the printed plaque had no extra bricks, however in 2024 they added a grill to it. They have now reverted back to the no grill design, a weird choice for them
No, the acclamator would be about half as long as the venator if it were to scale. So the acclamator should be about 2 feet long to match the UCS venator.
I’m glad that LEGO made this to the best of their abilities, printed pieces and extremely accurate, feels like something you don’t see often
If you’re gonna make it overpriced you might as well make it perfect😉😉😉
While a shame this wasn't a Venator, I still do enjoy the Venator polybag from the early 2000s. Have three of them and it's nice to have a fleet with those.
Pretty sure with 2 of these, a proper moc could be made
Still waiting for Venator and Star Destroyer
Midi scale Venator or we riot.
Cam definitely make a midi venator using the midi falcon
Definitely happy about all the prints and will be waiting for a clean 20% or 30% off to pick it up.
Definitely modding this set to be all grey. The attack of the clones look is so nostalgic for me
ya me too
The quality, piece count, and okay price of this set makes Ahsoka's Jedi Interceptor an absolute knee to the balls.
I'm going to play with mine in the bathtub. It probably floats.

I will happily pay a little extra for the printed pieces. Will probably buy this one at retail because of it.

I do love how this is to scale with the UCS Venator. Really makes me want to get two or three of them to make a proper fleet display with the Venator.
It is not to scale with the Venator.
Lego should make more all printed sets
I knew Ryan was chill like that

Pretty nice set! A little small but that’s not much of a problem for me 9/10 also all printed pieces in a prequel set is a rare blessing!
Definitely adding this set to all the others like it. Having no space left sets at this size are somehow refreshing. Love that ramp detail as well cool little perk. That's again for all the hard work you do for us all.
Id love to see the malevolence and and the negotiator at some point
Midi-scale Obi-Wan Kenobi?!?
@sandwich4763 his venator was named the negotiator too
@@thundermite1241 Oh, I didn't know that. I was just making a joke, but good to know.
OH MY GOD! Fuck yeah! I was going to get plans to build a 3rd party one, but I'm glad I waited for a proper one from Lego. Looks very nice.
On a roll today! ⭐
Awesome video, when are you going to make a worst to first for 2024?
Already preordered this beauty!
I hope they use the starship collection to explore some legends ships like the Dreadnought heavy cruiser, victory star destroyer, and eclipse
It will be 20% off by the spring! 🤞🏼

It may be a little small but honestly this set looks great
I’ve been saying, if they want these midiscale ships and helmets to sell better, include 1 minifig
I get you, but then we’ll get that price reflected to match .. so this would be like 55-60, could even be 65
No if that happens the price will go much much higher and no one would buy it
its a display ship for adult collectors, I don't understand everyone's obsession with it needing a minifigure. I feel the minifigure would throw off the set from being a serious display piece
Heck no. Absolutely no need for a mini fig

Hi MandR!
Only kinda related to this set, but I made a concept for a 2025 Lego Star Wars Advent Calendar, which comes with:
- Republic Fighter Tank (doesn't look like an A-wing like the 2018 one)
- Homing Spider Droid (legs move unlike the 2011 version)

- Anakin's Jedi Interceptor
- Obi-Wan's Jedi Interceptor
- Corporate Alliance Tank Droid
- Vulture Droid (has 4 wings unlike the 2 old ones)
- Droid Tri-Fighter
- Acclamator
- Coruscant Guard Gunship
- ARC-170 with opening wings
- MTT in Clone Wars color scheme
- SPHA-T walker
- Senate Podium with micro Palpatine and 2 other microfigures
- AT-TE Sleigh (with crate of Lego sets on the back)
- Clone Shock Trooper
- 212th Clone Trooper
- Christmas Sweater Anakin
- Christmas Sweater Obi-Wan
- Santa Captain Rex
- Battle Droid
- Super Battle Droid
- General Grievous

Ngl we need a UCS Acclimator

We need another up to date venator. It was so iconic and we've only got it once back in the early lego clone wars sets
1 fig without increasing price would make this peak Lego Star wars
Can’t wait to order a thousand white 1x1 studs to display alongside this
playset version next 🙏🏼
Imagine a play scale venator and acclamator on shelves at the same time! It would be bad for business but fans would like it!
@BrickinRidiculousthey would never. We’d be lucky if we got a play scale and a microfighter tbh
Yes
After seeing this set, I want a venator

Make Lego Affordable Again!
Let’s make some MLAA hats
It having printed parts is big win, those parts are going to be highly sought out by MOC builders too I think.
Why don't you do an alt build and turn it into the venator
I’m surprised we ever even got this ship in LEGO at all
See 2013 planet series!

I looked up the in universe measurements of the acclimator and the Invisible Hand and they are very close to in scale with each other
I will pay $50 for the set. Having all printed pieces to me makes it worth $50.

The price gives it validity as something more than a toy
Your review really put me of of buying the arc170. But this set I will be buying on a discount. Same as Ahsoka's interceptor
ohh... It's beautiful.
I get wanting a venator but this might be the only time they make a acclamator set so I think it fits with ROTS still
I’m actually curious, would it be a better idea to have this set swapped their release dates with each other so the invisible hand could have had a 20 years of ROTS? But the set is great, 9.5/10
Ich kann zwar gut englisch, aber die Funktion mit der anderen audiospur ist echt nice!
I kind of hope that this aclamotor is a omen for a playscale version

Where I'm at the Executor is still around 30% more expensive than this set
Imagine the acclimator right next to the UCS Venator. You got a navy to build out of lego
Honestly I didn't get that far in the video yet sorry
The fact that a $50 set has better quality than a $650 UCS set is wild.
Is this to scale with the UCS venator?
My guy Ryan is reviewing 2025 sets before even releasing the 2024 ranking vid XD
Can you moc together a micro/midi scale venator class star destroyer out of this?
I think the size is fine because its so wide, if it was any longer it would have been far too large in terms of width of the set
Is it to scale with the Malevolant set ?
Too expensive but pretty good otherwise. The lack of stickers alone makes it better than the Invisible Hand IMO.
FOR THE REPUBLIIIIIIIIIIIC!!!!!!
I think the acclimator was made to be somewhat in scale with the UCS venator
Home one review next Ryan? 🤞

Is it in scale with the venator?
So the play sets are slowly turning to midi scale and the midi scale sets are turning to micro fighters… we are doomed
Is it in the same scale as the UCS venator?
Should have been a Venator
should have a full gray version
It's crazy how little you get for $50 with modern Lego SW.

No? They add a grill when you replace one of the spots with an anniversary brick
It still had an extra grill, they just didn't tell you to put it on the stand

Great set, shit price. A tale as old as time lol
Yo Acclamator in 2024!
50 bucks is insane
Is the aclamator to scale with the venator?
No, the acclamator would be about half as long as the venator if it were to scale. So the acclamator should be about 2 feet long to match the UCS venator.
It’s probably a bad thing that I’m surprised this isn’t like $80 knowing Lego
