Schaeff 12HR service and repair
Telescopic arm broken in half welded back together.
Oval shaped joints on h-link and stick bore, replaced by new made in-house.
Home made new h-link due to ridiculous prices and terms of sales.
Worn out pins, replaced.
New parts made and welded into place, and a test run.

Do you drawings for modifications with specs?

Sorry, I do not have any drawings of this boom modification, it´s factory so perhaps You can find it with Schaeff/Terex? It´s not complicated, one more hydraulic cylinder and some 8mm steel - that´s it. It is very useful I do recommend it highly.

@@rille47 thanks! I did not know the boom extension was factory built! I have a 1999 hr12 which i use often but the bucket is rattling!

@@billyholiday4947 Yeah and my bucket was rattling something horrible... and now it´s precise like Swiss watch :) - And from now on I´ll never ever start it without greasing all the grease nipples.
