Hoplite fight productions was established by Tom and Lori Theofanopoulos. Their mission has always been to establish an environment where martial artists can gather to practice, learn and showcase their skills.
They succeeded that dream in each of their 3 academies and now they have created a family friendly venue with Hoplite Fight Productions.
The mission of the organization is to create a show that will cater to up and coming amateurs and professionals who are wanting to get their foot in the door. Since the venue is a smaller 700 seat show, it allows first time fighters to feel more comfortable compared to a bigger show that would boast several thousand people. Tom and Lori Theofanopoulos are proud of their heritage, establishing Hoplite Fight Productions is also their way of recognizing and honoring their ancestors who were practicing and competing in mixed martial arts over 2500 years ago.
The arts of boxing, wrestling and pancration were established in the ancient Olympic Games as a way for warriors to showcase their athleticism and skill in combat while observing rules to protect the athlete.
