Talk about a down-to-the-wire battle! Really showcases the strengths of each archetype. Pulsemon seems more heavily leaned towards a control playstyle with recursion effects while Gammamon focuses on having really sticky beatsticks that are hard to keep down.
I made my own Gammamon deck when the Cannonweissmon was available but I'm disappointed in my self that I didn't think to add Kimeramon, the synergy is perfect its almost absurd to run the deck without it.
hi so now with kimeramon and the neew cards the deck of Gammamon is great? i ask cause as im starting to learn the game im trying more more options besides beelzemon :)
It’s been interesting watching these videos as time passes. The power creep certainly already seems to be increasing a lot. Early battle powers vs these are really different
both decks are really interesting and makes me more excited for set 10. I never would have thought to combo Kimeramon with Canonweissmon's inherit effect. Now I know what to go for to build the deck. Thank you for such awesome content
Love the Gammamon deck, I have been wanting to make a Gammamon deck for a while but didn’t have any ideas for one, for some reason I didn’t even think of Kimeramon.
Well it's easy to forget Gammamon line gimmick with it's multiple digievolution source colors, plus it's dim card shows Gammamon can evolve into Kimeramon.

@@xF3arl oh, same here. Idk why they gave him more support. Shouldnt be able to go from 2 rookies, to a lvl 6 board wiping and swinging over the last digimon. They need to give some other lines some love. Heck even the og digimon megas don't have any cards that are decent. Luckily aegisdramon counters a lot of the ex3 decks to come out. I've been having a blast with him in tts testing.
Gammamon just takes the Diaboromon gimmick even further beyond! Truly excited for Gammamon down the line, it will only get stronger as long as Canoweissmon isn't banned. I'd love to see you play in a more official capacity for Bandai!
they havent reveal the Mega Form of any of the Ghost Game Digimon, they will probably be revealed with the released of the upcoming Vital Bracelet BEX / Digivice VV

Woah another epic battle from you CP and Paddy. The Gammamon mechanic is really amazing. It performs well even though it has no level 6 digimon. The Pulsemon line is also good. Although it is a high risk and high return deck. Cheers CP and Paddy. More of these videos please. ❣️

wait i don't undertand something. when you jogress digivolve a suspended digimon and a digimon that was just played from hand that same turn the end result digimon becomes unsuspended and can attack right away?
@@akurar5795 yup jogress digimon is treated as a new digimon so it appears unsuspended but it's digivolved in so it can attack in the turn it appears Edit: also because Jogress is treated as a new digimon it means that once per turn inherits can be reused
OMG I LOVE THIS My local are doing a Halloween Themed Local so the only Digimon Decks we can use have to have some sort of Halloween/Spooky Theme. I decided to go Gammamon theme deck but yet to see the anime Ghost Game and its thanks to that I started watching Ghost Game. I have not had this much fun watching Digimon since Adventure 01 when it 1st came out but as I started looking at all the Gammamon Cards I thought Chimeramon would work as another Lv5 Gammamon and you also did that :) Watching this match makes me so happy that the ideas I already have will work 😀 Again Thank you for making this video and sorry for the long comment

I was thinking of building Kazuchimon since I have a playset nd this VS really helped me figure out how to abuse the memory no memory problem for Kazuchimon
Kazuchimon is a very interesting card I like the fact the pulsemon’s and the bibimon’s help with the memory witch makes me want to build the deck even more but I have a idea I feel like trying out the RizeGreymon (x antibody) and sunrise buster to the deck to see how it works.
Very nice Gammamon deck! I'm also running a very similar build, but I also opted to run BlackWargreymon since it synergizes well with BetelGammamon and CanoWeissmon, allowing you to first attack security with CanoWeissmon, then digivolve it to BlackWargreymon, unsuspend if it deleted something and then repeat the attack, and also gaining Blitz from BetelGammamon, if you happened to use too much memory.
I know its an old video but wonder why Dorbrick wasnt a top end for this deck. I run 4 as a top end since it can gain effects without the need of digivolving and also gains rush.
Does digivolving a Digimon that is in the battle area count as playing? For example in the Paildramon starter deck we have Stingmon and ExVeemon who share the similar effect of "when you would play this card from your hand, if you have a blue/green (depending on who you're trying to play) Digimon in play (in this case the Digimon is already in the battle area waiting for me to digivolve them) reduce its play cost by 1. If I have a Wormmon or a Veemon already in the battle area on standby, does me digivolving ExVeemon or Stingmon on top of them count as playing? Allowing me to use that effect to reduce its cost? Or digivolution in the battle area does not count as playing from your hand?
nope, Playing is really when you pay the Play Cost to put the card on the field or when a card allow you to Play a card from a designated zone. If you put a card on the field through Digivolution, ''On Play'' effects wont trigger, but ''When Digivolving'' effects will
@@DarkAnon100 that's the thing. The ExVeemon and Stingmon in the starter deck don't explicitly have the "On Play" or "When Digivolving" keywords printed on them. So that's whats confusing.
Is there a side to See all those decks as pdf list ? They are so entertaining but i can hardly manage to figure them out just by "seeing" them at the end. >_
God, if this is how strong Gammamon's Ultimate level is in the game, I can only Imagine how OP Siriusmon (Gammamon's recently revealed Mega Form) could be.
What are your thoughts on a Rizegreymon as a 1 of tech in Gammamon, since Hiro is such an important tamer, and with Breclaw adding an extra source to digi burst twice.
There are so many Digimon I wish I could play, but some cards are just missed out when they were released. Gammamon is one of those. We need an EX set that just reprints some more uncommon and rare cards that were missed out on the first time around.

I'm confused how was the gammon deck able to use the tamer effect of gammamon after it was moved from the breeding area to the battle area; it should not have its effects at all. None of them. Thank you to anyone who answers this question.

Question, do Jogress(DNA) digivolutions not have summon sickness? cause Chimeramon was formed from a recently played card and a card that was already tapped, shouldn't it not be able to attack on that turn?
Dna digivolved digimon are treated as a new digimon so they aren't affected by the effects or positions of their parts, so they can attack the instant they come to field Also Dna digivolved digimon digimon are digivolved into field and not played so they aren't affected by summoning sickness Since they are treated as a new digimon it means that they can also reuse once per turn inherits from their parts
Pulsemon deck looks sweeeeeet. Also, I have a question, are these battles scripted? Cause they always looks like these matches could go anywhere at any point.
Shame half of the level 3 gammamons are promos with the hiro but the deck is shaping up. So is Pulsemon but it does need more work. Overall, great match.
@@CardProtagonist Perhaps. The deck does need some better level 4s and 5s though. Boutmon can’t carry it all. Maybe some green/yellow cards like Runnermon

It took me awhile to find a suitable ultimate for the deck! Chimeramon serves perfectly as a 2nd Canoweissmon! Glad you enjoyed the video! 😄

I love the way yellow can turn a hopeless looking game around. To recover 3 security in one move and 3 memory in one attack. Insane!

Tossing in the EX-3 Dobrickmon in the Gammamon list really caps the deck off nicely.

I'm confused how was the gammon deck able to use the tamer effect of gammamon after it was moved from the breeding area to the battle area; it should not have its effects at all. None of them. Thank you to anyone who answers this question.

How do you get the English BT10 cards? I really wanted to make a gammamon deck but most of it is JP BT10 and can’t buy it in the states.
I believe they use japanese cards and thr big pictures are edited proxies

I thought that if you removed a digimon by putting the top card from the stack into security all of it's sources get trashed.

Question, do Jogress(DNA) digivolutions not have summon sickness? cause Chimeramon was formed from a recently played card and a card that was already tapped, shouldn't it not be able to attack on that turn?
Dna digivolved digimon are treated as a new digimon so they aren't affected by the effects or positions of their parts, so they can attack the instant they come to field
Also Dna digivolved digimon digimon are digivolved into field and not played so they aren't affected by summoning sickness
Since they are treated as a new digimon it means that they can also reuse once per turn inherits from their parts

Pulsemon deck looks sweeeeeet. Also, I have a question, are these battles scripted? Cause they always looks like these matches could go anywhere at any point.
We actually played and record around 10 matches and picked the game we feel is worth uploading! The key is experience and avoiding misplays!
Shame half of the level 3 gammamons are promos with the hiro but the deck is shaping up. So is Pulsemon but it does need more work.
Overall, great match.
Not to mention one of them hasn't got a western release yet.
I was actually expecting a "Shroudmon" for Pulsemon! I think that level 6 will bring the deck to the next level!
@@CardProtagonist Perhaps. The deck does need some better level 4s and 5s though. Boutmon can’t carry it all. Maybe some green/yellow cards like Runnermon
