Total whitewashing job. I do think it is true that there were fewer losses in Oz and NZ. Principally this is for the reason that the lies spread faster than the truth, and that Hales and Company are better liars. Scripture talks about persuasive speech, and I think this was a very powerful tool that was deployed. For example, the challenge that was issued to brethren at the time was 100% loyalty to JTJR or be unceremoniously booted out of the meeting. This was then developed as a control tool to include business and family finances, a multifaceted suite of coercive tactics to basically imprison brethren inside this system that we are discovering today. It was definitely not an ambush, and I can personally testify to the fact that JTJR was a corrupt alcoholic with an eye for groping the ladies of the faithful followers. I was there. I saw him.
