My personal take on mad dai-oh would be kamen rider valvarad but slightly regressed back toward masked warrior valvarad what with using tune ups again and bringing back the grease soaked coat tails. It'd be cool to see, in a sort of super mashin chaser sorta way. Like born of a character arc where Spanner has lost his way and thus mad wheel doesnt put its all into it, as well as the occult chemies being apprehensive to help out, so he's back to using the vehicles like tools for a time not to lose pace in battle.
I will say I love the customs, but for the Bicycle one it could have used the Gemn Shakariki Sports arms as weapons on the arms to use maybe. For Skebows, I think it could have made for nice leg equipment for him to move around quicker. Exceedfighter I personally think should have been a Wingpack/ Jetpack for him to use to fly around in quick speeds.
I honestly had a similar mental image for the use of Steamliner with Valvarad's forms just reusing the Iron Gotchard arms. I'll admit that, in my head, I also saw them reusing the GeatsX/Doom Geats tails for Linertale. Just what I thought. Also, I love that for the firetruck one, you can sorta tell what it would be repurposed from, being one of the vehicles from Lupin vs. Patrol. Clever work there.
Most of these are good, but Maddaioh needs work. Don't forget that Machwheel is just Madwheel when he's powered up. Odds are that Maddaioh is just a downgrade of Valvarad's base rider form, or a sleeker, cleaner version of his pseudo-rider form.
I think I can pick out some favorites here. For Pseudo Rider Valvarad (I'm not calling him Kamen Warrior) It's Sketbows custom. I like speed forms so. Kamen Rider Valvarad in the other hand it's MarinePire custom. For some reason it makes me think of an energy draining submarine. Wrap your head around that.
I loved these all so I hope we would see you create some more forms for kamen rider dread,though for the skebowsol custom I would have the skateboard be on both feet in order to increase his speed and have both of valvarad's arm be free of arm mounted weapons so could wield the valvarusher and have the chest armor created from the custom be used to restrain enemies in a lasso like manner and give whipping damage against enemies using berosol's tongue
In my version of this form, using the daybreak version of the Hikescue card, Valvarad can shoot acid or something at enemies. Either that, or scraplet themed projectiles.
I feel like Exceedfighter could be different than just a arm attachment since its a Level X Chemy and they are treated as power-up items(hence Super Gotchard). Maybe it covers both arms and a armor piece or something to show its basically a power-up for Masked Warrior Valvarad.
I my opinion, they could have recicled parts of the Kamen Rider Genm Sport form to makes Valvarad Spikefairy form, Lazer Lv1 Front and Rear Units to makes Makradash form, Build Muiti deluge gun from Syoubousya forms to makes Rescuezombie form and the Iron Gotchard gundlets to makes Linertail. For Ufigthter is just reuses Super Gotchard UfoX parts and combines whit either Sniper Combat form or Geats Command form wings.
I think they could do UFO/FIGHTER with already existing parts, just use the arm attachments of Super Gotchard and the chest piece for Star Gotchard but repainted a little to match Valvarad, I mean it’s literally a chest piece and arm attachments based on those specific 2 chemys, I think it would be very easy for Toei to do (I haven’t seen the video so I don’t know if you suggested this idea already, if you did then that’s awesome)
I always thought Spicle should’ve been Valvarad’s own motorbike summoned via his own ChemyRiser while Gotchard uses Golddash. Maybe Exceedfighter could’ve been a jetpack as a pun on the fact that he’s based on a military jet. Also, Mad Ohni should’ve just reused the old Valvarad suit underneath the Rider armor pieces with a spikey club while Exceed UFO should have the X-shapes with the designs.

It just occurred to me that KR Majade and Valvarad have the same amount of forms as their ranking with majade having two forms and valvarad having three forms representing that their the secondary and tertiary riders respectfully.
You know it just occurred to me that your fan design of Kamen Rider Valvarad's skeborosol custom having an eye embedded into one of it's legs is a call back to Kamen rider kiva after he has his full power unleashed

So, Hikescue custom basically just attaches an all red version of trigger machine fire from Patranger.
