    Those things falling off the trees are called PINE CONES in English

  • @sehlsehl2149
    @sehlsehl2149 2 месяца назад +1

    They are called pine cones.
    A pine cone is a reproductive structure
    found in pine trees .
    Pine cones house the seeds of the tree and protect them until they are ready to be dispersed. They are commonly used in crafts, decorations, and as a symbol of the holiday season.
    Some pine cone seeds, commonly known as pine nuts or pine kernels, are edible.

    Most of the inhabitants of Harhoura have a seasonal residence there, they come only in summertime. I live there and most of the families I know live either in the capital or overseas. So, it's normal, but once the summer hits, you will see Harhoura full of people. Most people that you meet at this time are either from Temara center or Rabat (I mean not local). I've been working from home for the last 6 years. My office room and 60 square meters terrace looks over the Harhoura forest you visited. Very relaxing views 😊
    When it comes to prices, I'm not a developer and do not deal in property estate, but they should be between $1700 and $2500 square meter for buying, and for renting while I'm not 100% sure, I guess it's the same as in Riyad borough in Rabat, so possibly $600 to $1200 max per month, don't take my word for it though as there was a lot of developement last 10 years so possibly there is more offer in the renting space and therefore lower prices.
    Regarding restaurants, there are lot of restaurants on the upper side of the town, near the forest. You may look at Harhoura as a beach town, but factually it is more of a connection town which is ideally situated 2 km south of Rabat city and 2 km west of Temara city, with great 2 by 3 roads connecting it to these and through the ocean road to Casablanca. So most restaurants are exactly situated there, where there is intense traffic all year around and not on the beach side where the traffic is more seasonal (I just checked google maps and I count 23 restaurants in a 500 meters area around me, but they are all indeed on the upper side)
    If you go down south still, like 1km to 5km from where you were at around minute 5, you'll find even better sandy beaches as in general the closer you get to Rabat the more rocky the beaches are, keep in mind that Rabat was built where it is specifically because there is a reef barrier 1km inside the see (which you can see when the low tide happens), as it made invasion from the sea literally impossible.
