I might be wrong but adhaar number is for an individual, not a company. And the individual shareholders of the companies already have their adhaar card linked to their respective PAN.
how are they defining what is and isn't a surveillance state ?

He is a true guru for us. He has authority to order and rebuke us because we have great respect for him. Please go and see some lectures of him and then judge his way of teaching. Judging too quickly is one of the biggest problem of society today.
