Thank you so much for showing us around Bolivia. Let us take you out for some North American food when you are back home. You seem to enjoy the cuisine on the road, wait until you have 3 2 1 Go Pizza! Love the vids! Keep on...
Thanks. Yeah there’s no young people outside the larger cities. All the schools look rundown and closed. It feels strange. Like I said, they all seem like ghost towns.
@@BuffertheTourist yeah, agriculture suffers too. They use to produce a lot more but now they are importing from Peru. Sad about the lake too, big Chinese mining companies have come into the country and they could care less about the environment. Oruro used to produce a lot of Tin (largest in the world) and other metals and worked with both English and German companies back in the day, now the Chinese just come in and rape the land.
@@BuffertheTourist tourism isn’t well developed, it could be great. The landscape is incredible. And that is just the altiplano, the valleys and the lowlands are beautiful too. North of La Paz there is a place called Madidi, which is an ecological treasure. Have fun man!
Safe travels! Thank you for sharing your awesome adventures! Love your videos! If you haven’t read Salt Book by Mark Kurlansky, when you return home, it’s a must read!
@@BuffertheTourist It is surprisingly interesting! I was shocked to learn how sexy Salt is/has been throughout our World History! You will have an interesting perspective after your salt ride experience. Safe Travels!

Awesome. OMG this guy is so good. Somebody needs to get his RUclips Channel to the Execs at CNN Films. I think they would give him his own show asap. Another excellent done episode! Thanks. Can’t wait for the next show.
Bien venido a Bolivia 🇧🇴
Thank you. I love it.

Thanks so much!

Yes please!
The people are moving into the cities, El Alto used to have a few thousand people 30 years ago, now it has over a million people. Great video.

Sad. It’s a beautiful country. So much potential.
I’m in Uyuni now. There’s tourists, but nothing like I expected.

I want a pair of those glasses
Ha! They’re your mom’s. Don’t tell her.
They drunk guy was asking where your suitcases were? LoL haha
Hahahaha! Are you serious?
Yep. Guess he never say a white guy with no luggage.
Isn t there an island in the middle of the lake where all these bike tourists meet, mostly younger ones? Or was it somewhere else?
There is an island. I haven’t heard of it being a meeting place though.
A++++. You need a wide brimmed hat.
HHAHAHA lake titicaca.
HAHAHAHA Lake POOPO
Google maps needs to update. Still shows lago poopo in blue lol
I saw that, but if you Google before and after they do have the dried up images.
Hi WheelPostive, are you still in Bolivia? If so how long are you staying? Are you going into Peru?
I have one more week. I’m at Lake Titicaca now, but heading back to La Paz in a few days for my flight home.
