Led by Julia Carlile, the group were sent straight to the live final after receiving Alesha’s golden buzzer after learning about Julia’s scoliosis diagnosis. Now, after life-changing back surgery paid for by Simon Cowell himself, Julia will make an emotional return to the BGT stage alongside her MerseyGirls this weekend for The Champions edition taking on the world’s best performers for a £100,000 prize.
