- We started the Himachal Pradesh tour from Paonta sahib on 24th sept 2020 and went up till Dalhousie, shooting of the last episode of this series was done on 9th october.
This particular episode was shot on 4th October, it contains information regarding Palampur sightseeing and Kangara fort.

Key information with regard to this journey:
Hotel Vatika - Nice hotel located at a distance of half a km before Chamunda Devi temple, good service and owner involvement in the hotel is high. You can connect with them on 8728010808
Chamunda Devi temple - You should keep 2 hours for this, as there is always crowd, we went there at a time when there was no rush, avoid weekends.
Norbulingka institute - its a good idea to stay there, you need to book online, you can do overnight stay there, have their food as well.
Dharamshala - This place is commercial hub, Government offices are located here, so if you are travelling to this region, i will suggest you to stay either at Mcleodganj or Dharamkot or Naddi and avoid staying at Dharamshalla.
We stayed at Himachal tourism guest house by the name club house - nice property - it has parking place available. I checked with few locals to find out about parking space at hotels in Mcleodganj i was told that it is now available in most hotels earlier that was an issue.
Dharamkot - calm place, good to stay here, but i will prefer Naddi over Dharamkot as this 2 km journey between Mc.leodganj to Naddi is narrow road, you face traffic jam etc.
We at our late afternoon lunch at Norling restaurant - famous local joint for Tibbetan food.

Loved watching it since I am from McLeod Ganj. I just imagined being there. Hope that you will love our hometown Dharamsala with its beautiful nature.
@lobsang - I was there for 2 days it was so peaceful but yeah not a big place.. but yes very peaceful and calm life people are living there without much disturbance!
@@seemantgupta8748 Yes it is a small town with spacious views of mountains, rivers, waterfall and many tourist spots. We actually don't have viewed that much before in our childhood time but people have discovered lots more and trust me you will like to come more for vacation time. Happy that you found peace there. Due to pandamic and financial crises I m not able to travel this year, as traveling and visit all part of country is my passion love but Harishji with you I travel , and believe me it gives me hope that after pandamic next year I will plan and visit all places thanku for wonderful tour videoes 🙏👌

Most of the places I had already covered in Dharamshala , mcleodGanj and Triund in 2016 . This place is very beautiful n best place to visit in summers and many hostel are available for solo travellers. Waiting for ur upcoming videos . Thanks for entertaining us 🙏.

Sir , you must have visited Dharmkot village , and have its famous yak cheese condiments . Dharmkot is a beautiful village. You could have explore it.
Secondly the place itself is vibrant with people of different cultures , colours around spreaded across mall. So many beautiful shops.
You could have shown non veg options for viewers! It is a heaven for non vegeterians!
Dharmala monastery is also brilliant with it's rich history and heritage!
Mai jharkhand se hun aapka program ka Mai regular viewer hun nice food and pure India ka darshan ek saath
There are lot of good Tibetan dishes can be tried in Mcleodganj. I stayed there for 4 days and tried almost 8-10 food joints and I loved them all. Even momos are better than any other place. I also tried Bhutani dish at same place where you took your meal.

When we were at school we use to walk through forest towards mclord for holiday but now a days there r taxi during our times we had enough struggles but these experiences has made more stronger

I know it's Covid time but Mcleodganj offers one of the best varieties of Tibetan foods. There are number of excellent cafes. And I guess your itenary just missed "Bhagsu nag" waterfall. Tranquility at its very best. Kudos to your team.

At Dharamshala,there is Swami Chinmayanand Ashram of Chinmay Mission,a beautiful place with lots of mental peace,greenary/gardens all around, especially flowers & rose garden.Also a meditation hall with Swami Chinmayanand's golden colour big statue.
