Increasing technical skills is good for increasing chances of getting a job. But the actual outcome depends on many other things like economy and investment flows in current market, supply and demand of talent, company’s financial situation, your network, how well you can market yourself etc.
@@therealharshit But it didn't sound like he's portraying himself as a struggler, I kind of felt like as if it's pretty easy to grab a job at companies like razorpay, the way he explained it, the lack of DSA knowledge, system design etc and still getting a job at razorpay
I have a question. Should I join witch company or keep working till I get product based company? Any story of person from low paying WITCH who made it to product based?
You can join if you are financially broken. If not, spend your time in learning dsa with development instead of doing some repetitive crap work in service based companies
@@gowtham9153 hey man, I want to learn dsa but every other source whether free or paid is in C++ and few friends of mine suggested me to do it in java as it is more advanced, has methods and utilities, packages, no pointers. So if you lemme know about any good javaDSA source no matter paid or free, i'd be highly grateful.
