Good to see you two again! Happy 2nd flossaversary Roberta! You sure do have trouble when you travel! Glad everything worked out well! I hope the Zoom call goes well and you will want to do it again!
Hi Dee. Yes we are so excited and hope it works out well so we can do it again. It would be great to visit with each of you. Have a great week and we will do a video this next week. Happy stitching ❤
Ohh thanks for unpacking Serenity! I have pre-ordered this too and being in Australia we have a little longer to wait until it gets here. Can't wait to get this kitted up and started too!
Hello friend. Yes I’m so excited to get serious with Serenity. I have a couple to finish and it will be next. Maybe we can stitch a long and see each others progress. Thanks for watching and hope to chat again soon. Happy stitching. ❤
We will probably mention this in our next video but a couple of viewers have commented that Teresa put out a correction noting more skeins are needed of certain flosses.
I hope all goes well when you do the Zoom stitching get together. Good luck sticking with your plans (LOL). And if they change, that's great too. Just remember to enjoy what you are stitching and that your viewers love seeing whatever projects that you are working on. Happy Easter!
Hi Deb. I’m excited for the zoom and hope all goes well so we can do it again. Plans work well in my mind but never happen. Just have fun whatever you choose ❤❤❤❤
I just wanted to express my heartfelt thanks for the wonderful cross stitch content you share. Your videos have not only been incredibly informative and inspiring but also a joy to watch. Beads is the word… Why did the beads go to school? Because they wanted to be a little boulder!
Haha. Thanks Lyn for the nighttime smile. Thank you for your kind words. It is also inspiring for us. Thank you for watching and hope to visit again next time. Happy stitching ❤
Roberta--Happy 2 years on flosstube and may you with pal Linnie continue to share your cross stitching lives with us as you enSABLE us every two weeks!
I very much enjoyed your video today, with all your beautiful stitching, wips and finishes. I love everything that incorporates beads especially scissor fobs. Happy stitching!!!
Congratulations Roberta on you 2nd year of floss tube!!! Possibilities instead of plans,I like it!!!! You gals have wonderful projects and Linnie looking forward to seeing progress on the Serenity Sampler. Happy stitching, Lynn
Another great floss tube! Linnie, I love Serenity too! Roberta, maybe our DIL’s will have sweet baby girls on the same day! Can’t wait to see you 2 in April!
It looks like it will be April 3rd or 4th. They definitely don't want baby coming on the 1st! That would be so fun to celebrate these birthdays on the same day!
I love to see a new flosstube video from you Ladies, you lift my heart with all your beautiful stitching, that blue floss you used is stunning Roberta , I couldn’t imagine it in any other colour, I have never stitched a piece with beads but I am very tempted to try a Mill Hill.
Hi Roberta and Lennie, What beautiful stitching and haul. Cannot wait to see some stitching of the new items very soon! I understand about the airline travel as it took me 24 hours to get from Cedar rapids, Iowa to Spartanburg, SC after the Amana retreat with farm Girl Dry Goods. That was a hot mess and I ended up flying to Phoenix, AZ, to get home much earlier than their suggested route. I am driving more this year to retreats. Anabella's 2025 with Plum Street Samplers is full and now on a waitlist. She is currently on the cruise right now this weekend. I am signed up to go to Colonial Williamsburg. So excited! Happy Stitching! Dottie
Hi Dottie! Oh my that's a very long day. Our cruise friends fly out of Cedar Rapids and I know there aren't many direct routes anywhere. Lucky you! That would be a dream retreat with Paulette in Colonial Williamsburg in the fall!
Love your little wool robin with his strawberry Linnie, he is so cute, I cannot resist an owl either, but I am like a magpie with shiny colourful things like beads and buttons, have a great week.
Always enjoy watching, Prayers that all goes well and baby arrives on time, I love to wear beads, but you don’t see so many ladies wearing beads now days, lovely stitching, who doesn’t love a bunny.
Thanks for the encouraging words! Seems like a lot of moms are being induced now compared to when I had my kids, so I'm sure baby will be here before her due date.
Aww Hello Pepper, aren’t you such the sweetest wee kitty, we have always had cats , aren’t they just the most curious of creatures, loved seeing you stitching, hearing your plans and adding to my wish list after seeing the haul, I would love to try my hand a making decorative pins for my projects, I have some beads but can’t find pins long enough .
Hi Zandi. Thanks for watching. Just an idea I use when making pens is a corsage pins. I purchase them on Amazon. I find they are long and sharp enough. Have fun. ❤
Pepper is a sweetie and yes, very curious. I caught her pulling on my floss that I'd left on my lap frame this morning; just can't leave anything out like I used to any more.
Linnie did u know that your own spit has the proper enzymes in it to get your own blood out of fabric! It works bc I’ve done it - something I learned from a stitchy Gma ❤
Another great video! I am so behind in my flosstube viewing; but hopefully I can get caught up again soon. How I would love to sit, stitch & chat with you two dear friends. Have a Blessed Easter, and enjoy those grandbabies! Happy Stitching! xoxo
I enjoyed seeing all the WIPS. Linnie, you reminded me about my Curious Bunny WIP from last year. I bought the pattern though. I need to get that back out. You also reminded me that I have the bunny in the blue dress. I think I saw yours last year and bought the pattern. You are such an enabler. Roberta, your piece that you are stitching with your friend is beautiful. I love the baskets of flowers. Good luck to your daughter with the delivery of the baby. So exciting! The bedtime story was one of your best Linnie. I loved the ending. Pretty funny. I have so many beads and I am thinking of making some more counting pins. I have a bunch of the counting pins next to my stitchy chair that I use all the time. Have a great two weeks!
I have to be so careful with my pins now with Pepper around. I used to keep needles on a needle minder on my metal board until she decided it would be fun to pull one off.
@@Roberta.SABLEStitchersoh no! Pepper is such a little cutie. Thankfully my dog Stanley could care less about any of my stitchy stuff. Even when he was a puppy.
Hello Girls, Hope you had a wonderful St Patrick’s day, I like that you worn green Linnie & Roberta, 🍀 such cute stitching and cute choices too stitch, why is there never enough time to stitch all the things you want, I love the scissors fobs with beads.
Well apparently I liked the green sweater so much I wore it two shows in a row, LOL. I wore it to be festive when working on the bookmobile that morning. You are so right about never enough time! How can we be half way through March already.
Roberta I really liked the first linen you chose “ballet slippers”. So much is stitched on natural colored linens. The pinkish color will go well with the threads. Please reconsider!! Love watching and chuckling with the two of you as I stitch. 😊 Love your jokes Linnie.
I'm thinking of doing the new Liz Matthew's bunny on the ballet slipper; it's a pretty color but I haven't seen a lot of samplers stitched on that. I took the linens to stitch group and the overwhelming consensus was on the yellow linen and so far I've been really happy with how the floss looks on that.
What a fun video to watch. You are both very knowledgeable stitchers and a great comedic team! Have fun on your ZOOM call and looking forward to the next episode. Have a happy, stitchy week!
Love the little St Patrick’s stitch, I will check that out, it looks small enough for me to tackle,I’m still learning ping this craft, Anything with Beads, my wife is all over that, she loves them, I tell her she should make jewellery.
Thank you Debra for watching We really appreciate your support. Roberta and I really enjoy sharing with you. Have a great two weeks and hope to chat again soon ❤
Teresa Kogut has such beautiful pieces…she’s my favorite. Just finished Dwelling Place. The beads are so pretty! I laughed & laughed at your bedtime story 🤣😂🤣😂
Doesn't she have great designs! I am part of her patreon group and waiting for her to have these pieces in her Etsy shop so I can use my Patreon discount.
Thank you Susan for your kind comments. We enjoy sharing with you all it is our happy place. Good luck on Siggy’s Closet gift fob. She does really beautiful fobs 🍀
Hey Linny…why do bunnies have shined noses? I was putting finishing touches on an ornament using lots of beads as I watched today. Answer to my riddle could be on my next flosstube.
It's so much fun to stitch along with you gals! Right now I'm putting beads on my first MIRABILIA. I decided to do it on 40 count linen, one over two, with the called for threads and tiny seed beads. Almost done and I love the delicate look of it.
I love the idea of fully finishing a piece in an old clock. When my sister was alive, she decorated wall clocks and I have one. It’s just sitting in my craft room because the clock died and I couldn’t stand to get rid of it. I am absolutely going to find a piece that will go with that clock so that I can find a new use for it. Thank you for the idea!
Glenda. That will be a perfect finish and you can enjoy it all the time. My sisters anniversary of her passing is tomorrow she passed away right at sunrise after a brief shower and she left this earth as a gorgeous rainbow appeared. She will always be my good luck charm. I’m so happy for you to find a happy memory use ❤❤❤❤

Your Teresa Kogut bunny is called “Curious Bunny” and is a single chart from quite a few years ago. It was never in Punch Needle and Primitive Stitcher magazine. The chart is still available and is #XS059. Love your videos😊 If you’re in Ft. Lauderdale again, come see us at the Cross Stitch Cupboard! We’ve been in business 44 years!q
Oh Mary how could I forget that name. Thank you so much for helping me remember. I would love to come visit. Maybe one of these days. Thanks for help ❤❤❤❤
I so enjoy watching you two, hope your grandsons have a fabulous birthday Linnie, beautiful projects, fabulous plans, fun haul and a super cute kitty too boot, perfect flosstube video, you nailed ladies, 😊😊😊😊 BEADS please,
I always look forward to & love your videos filled with eye candy! You gals have inspired me to stitch 'Tis Spring by BG, Ah, 'Tis Spring by Notforgotten Farm & A Study in Blue by Sue Hillis - all from my stash! Linnie's bunny in the tobacco basket is Spring Smalls #190 by Lizzie Kate. One can never have too many beads!
This video should be "Beads, Bunnies, robins and WIPS!!".. I always get so inspired by the spring patterns. Great video today!!! Love that you share finished projects..
Oh Linnie, Happy Birthday to your grandsons. My grown son & daughter were born 2 yrs & two min. apart (Dr says if he had known he'd made me wait 2 min.!!) Sorry Roberta to hear about your travel problems but it is really quite fun to hear about Your trips! Not laughing just so challenging I could not handle. Love to hear your stories & about your family, good new. Like all your finishes and love the bunnies. I totally agree with you Roberts the Hello Spring pattern is really a pretty one & I look forward to seeing your stitch as I haven't gotten this one, yet! I love beads and Siggy's Closet 😊. Roberta, can't wait to hear about your next travels, thou I do think you are long overdue for a good one! Looking forward to seeing your next video & stitches.
Thank you Beverly. I can’t believe they are growing into young men. I’m so proud of all of them. Roberta is just getting started and has a lot of memories ahead of her ❤❤❤❤ my daughter and niece share my birthday. Did you make individual cakes or share one. We had all kinds of desserts because we all wanted something different my mom would always make me a cherry pie. My daughter liked strawberry short cake and my niece liked brownies and ice cream. Yum!❤❤❤❤
It's ok to laugh Berverly. You have to because it doesn't do any good just to get mad, right! My next trip is out to Colorado to watch Clara while mom and dad go to the hospital, so that one had better be on time!!!
Congratulations on the upcoming birthday of your grandchild! Our 6th grand (who will be our 5th grandson-Matthew James) will be born on 5/20 as our daughter will be having a C section so we know the date. Welcoming a new grandchild is always such a wonderful blessing! Loved seeing all the stitching! I adore you ladies! Roberta congratulations on your anniversary!
Love your forsythia, mine is in full bloom and we have managed to actually get it shaped into a ball shape and it’s looks gorgeous, love Peter cottontail, I can wait to get decoration for spring I have so many painted eggs, yellow ribbons, coloured beads on a string.
Another enjoyable video. Linnie, your enthusiasm is contagious. Roberta, early best wishes for your upcoming grand baby. I love a scissor fob made with beads. ❤
Hi Ruth. I really enjoy sharing with you all and your kind comments make me happy. I know Roberta is so excited for the New grand baby. They are the best ❤❤❤❤❤
Happy two years and here’s to many more flosstubes sharing all the stitchy things! Praying for a safe delivery for your daughter, Roberta! Linnie, thank you for stitching our Lucky Clover Spool!!! It looks amazing and we can’t wait to see how you finish it. ❤
Hello ladies! I heard about your channel from my sister in law, justsewsherry. I really enjoyed seeing all of your stitching. The beads were beautiful! Looking forward to your next video. Have a great week!
Hi ladies, Roberta, I had a cat exactly like Pepper many years ago - same colours - tortoise shell I believe it is called. I really need some pretty beads in a fob for most of my bags and the ones you have would be just great. Hope it won't be too long before you can come back.
Another great video. I was happy to hear my name called as one of the Zoom winners. I will be looking forward to that. Beads seem to go with spring stitching.
Such great stories and stitches! Putting positivity out in the universe for the precious new life headed your way, Roberta! A new scissor fob with beads would make my March marvelous! Happy Stitchin'!
My stitching Game Plan is usually just a slight suggestion, I've learned to set smaller achievable goals so far this year!! Wow, that blue dress looks nothing like the cover photo. Fox & Rabbit "Inca" would be a nice choice 😉 I added beads & buttons last night using transparent thread, and a long size 10 beading needle, Ugh!! It took a while, but it's done! Congrats to all, how fun! 🐊
I live your idea of a slight suggestion. That’s a great choice of words. No that blue dress kind of blew my mind even though it is pretty. I think there would have been lots of choices available. ❤❤❤
Thanks for sharing your Nashville Needlework Market haul. I can’t wait to start stitching the Primrose Cottage Stitches Monthly Minis…Lennie, your March finish is so cute. Roberta, I love your With Thy Needle and Thread Hello Spring WIP.
Hello Ladies, Great flosstube watching, I just love your jokes Linnie, I know I am always going to be laughing when I see a new video, the scissors fob with the beads are gorgeous.
Roberta, I had to start Tis Spring as soon as I got it too. I subbed a lot of the threads too I used Dove for the eggs an border also. You enabled me to buy the Study in Blue but now I need the exact blue that you used. Love you both

We hope to make this a regular feature so we can visit with many viewers, so fingers crossed this first one goes well!

Hi Cyndee. Thanks for watching. Hop right into your decorations ❤❤❤❤❤
I enjoy bringing out my spring things too!
I am so happy when you have a new video!!! Beautiful finishes as always!!
Thanks so much Laura!
Enjoyed watching. Happy Spring🌺
This video should be "Beads, Bunnies, robins and WIPS!!".. I always get so inspired by the spring patterns. Great video today!!! Love that you share finished projects..
Thanks so much Marilyn. I am always thrilled to see a finish as well.
The adventures you have Roberta when it comes to flying. Wow! I’m loving all of your projects that you showed on your video. Beads.
Beads. There were so many wonderful charts from market. It’s fun to see what people pick
It was a great market, wasn't it Denise!
It would be wonderful to have that many grandbabies! They are all so much fun. Thank you for spending time with us Cindy!
So much fun to sit & watch you ladies! Good luck & enjoy your zoom call. Have a great week!
Thank you Barbara. I hope our zoom call is successful. It will be fun to visit you all ❤❤❤❤❤
Thanks so much for the well wishes Barbara!
Thanks for a fun video this week! Can’t wait to see some of your haul stitched. Have fun on your Zoom! Beads
I know Linnie is jumping right in and I bought the threads for one piece yesterday.
I’m going to learn how to make my own bead scissor fobs! Love your floss tube channel!!
Love those! Sounds like another fun hobby. Thanks for the kind comments!
Love your forsythia, mine is in full bloom and we have managed to actually get it shaped into a ball shape and it’s looks gorgeous, love Peter cottontail, I can wait to get decoration for spring I have so many painted eggs, yellow ribbons, coloured beads on a string.
And it's still blooming! They usually bloom for a couple of weeks here. When we lived in Iowa it seemed like the blooms came and went really fast.
Thanks so much for the well wishes Ruth!
Always a delight to see you both and your goodies. I could use some beads for my project bags.
Thanks for spending time with us Joellen!
Love the spring charts. Hope your zoom meeting is a success. Beads.
Thanks so much for the well wishes Diane!
I love working with beads.
Happy two years and here’s to many more flosstubes sharing all the stitchy things! Praying for a safe delivery for your daughter, Roberta! Linnie, thank you for stitching our Lucky Clover Spool!!! It looks amazing and we can’t wait to see how you finish it. ❤
Thanks for the well wishes April! Your designs are wonderful!
Hello ladies! I heard about your channel from my sister in law, justsewsherry. I really enjoyed seeing all of your stitching. The beads were beautiful! Looking forward to your next video. Have a great week!
We are so glad you spent some time with us and hope to see you again!
Beads. Yahoo. Thanks for the episode!
Hi ladies, Roberta, I had a cat exactly like Pepper many years ago - same colours - tortoise shell I believe it is called. I really need some pretty beads in a fob for most of my bags and the ones you have would be just great. Hope it won't be too long before you can come back.
Thank you Nicole. Pepper is an adorable kitten. We will be back next week. Thanks for watching . Happy stitching ❤
Pepper is so much fun! Busy but sweet!
Another great video. I was happy to hear my name called as one of the Zoom winners. I will be looking forward to that. Beads seem to go with spring stitching.
Looking forward to visiting with you Sherry!
Delightful duo - that's you. Happy baby, just such a joy. hugs
Hi Kathie. Thank you for the kind words. Happy stitching ❤
Thanks so much for the sweet comment! Just a few more days to go.
Love watching your videos. I also love Beads!
Thank you Mikkia. I hope I got your name right. Have a great two weeks ❤❤❤❤
I'm waiting to see what the weather will be like but am thinking it's time for me to drive out to Colorado instead of flying this time.
Enjoyed your visit today! I am inching closer to stitching a sampler after seeing your video. Beads, bunnies, and birds oh my!
You could always start on a small sampler and see if you like it.
Such great stories and stitches! Putting positivity out in the universe for the precious new life headed your way, Roberta! A new scissor fob with beads would make my March marvelous! Happy Stitchin'!
Thank you Gretchen for the nice words. Always smile and be kind and share a new baby and oh yeah stitch and stitch. Best world ever ❤❤❤❤
Thank you for the kind wishes Gretchen! Just a little over a week to go!
Lovely to see you again. Beads.
Hi just really look forward to your videos. I feel if we lived close we would be friends! Thank you for such fun time! ❤️
Heads
We certainly would! Thank you for spending time with us Mary!
Thanks for taking the time to bring us your videos. Beautiful previous finishes! Lovely beads.
Have fun on your zoom call! I like the beads on the zipper pulls.
Thanks so much Jackie!
You are a wise woman Dee! Small goals are great motivators.
Thanks for sharing your Nashville Needlework Market haul. I can’t wait to start stitching the Primrose Cottage Stitches Monthly Minis…Lennie, your March finish is so cute. Roberta, I love your With Thy Needle and Thread Hello Spring WIP.
It has the loveliest colors Mary! I'll be so happy to have it finished and on display.
Hello Ladies, Great flosstube watching, I just love your jokes Linnie, I know I am always going to be laughing when I see a new video, the scissors fob with the beads are gorgeous.
I enjoyed this but...had to wonder why there was 26 minutes of "black screen" at the end.
Shoot I don’t know. I’ll ask Roberta. Thanks for watching the good stuff and the blank stuff. 😂
Thanks for mentioning this Margaret. I think I know what happened, but didn't notice until a few days ago.
Roberta, I had to start Tis Spring as soon as I got it too. I subbed a lot of the threads too I used Dove for the eggs an border also. You enabled me to buy the Study in Blue but now I need the exact blue that you used. Love you both
Those are beautiful pieces! I have not yet used beads in a piece and now with Pepper it would be a challenge!
Thank you ladies for sharing with us again. Beads add so much to a project. Enjoy those grandchildren.
Thank you so much!
I love the beads!!!
