How to get the hair fluffy texture with WISPS TECHNIQUE!

The wisp or knot technique is ideal for curly or wavy hair. I twist the hair into a "wisp strand" and cut it starting in the middle, then up and down just a little bit closing the scissors. This method gives the easiest possible approach to the shape. This haircut technique can also be used on straight hair when you want to create a fluffy texture.
