Hi, what % of concentrations did you use? And for how much time did you perform the electrospinning? I find it hard to maintain a stable taylor cone, and also to obtain a right amount of materials that can be removed from aluminum foil and be analised, do you have any tips?
Yes, it is definitely doable. We have some formulation for incorporation of nanofiber in face masks. Please email us at info@nanolab-i.com for more info.
@@NanolabInstruments Hi! Just for clarification :) Will the nanofiber dissolve with just water only? Or you have to add water and the material/solution it was made from?
Thank you for helping me understand how this method works!
15 mit is enough for drying PAN ? i guess so u should allow 12hr for drying process ..then only you will get membrane

this is the most amazing thing ive ever seen in my whole education
Is there anyone can help to calculate the strain or stress applied to the solution through electrospinning process?
price ?
May I ask about the MW of the PVA you used and what was the concentration of the solution?

How does the material continue to hold a charge once manufactured into something like an N95 mask? Thats the part o dont understand
It will have some statics. For more content on electrospun fibers for face masks, check out: ruclips.net/video/8ZzE5HXUM24/видео.html
Good day! May I ask how much or what will be the cost (in dollars) of the whole process of the Electrospinning to form a polymeric hydrogel?

What can this electrospun fiber be used for? Would it be possible to incorporate it for the use of surgical facemasks?

@@NanolabInstruments now is your time to demonstrate a simplified, scaled-up version, get it FDA approved and out into the field. Go go go :)
@@hardwareful we have the scaled-up version. Stay tune for the next video on nanofiber-coated face masks :)
where did the red alligator come from? was it from the syringe pump?
it's coming from the high voltage power supply (The syringe must be connected to + terminal)
I like this video. Could you tell me please can I used PLA and GEL 2:1 mixture for electrospinning
Hi Komal, thanks for your interest. Please direct any questions (technical or otherwise) to info@nanolab-i.com. Thanks! :)
What is the material spun??
Hi Hussam. Thanks for your question. We use our PVA solution.
@@NanolabInstruments do you use only water to dissolve PVA or you use another solvent as well, what's the composition of the solution? Thank you
Hi Hussam. Thanks for the question. The solution consists of water and PVA only.

@@ysabelamaxinenulud5782 Hi there, the pva polymer dissolve in water only. Constant stirring and some heat are needed to make the polymer solution.
Time to build a machine that spits out FFP3 masks :)
amazing
Thank you.
