Where's the location po? And how's the community? Not a lot of people look into how the community is when buying houses. Is it safe, is it peaceful and quiet, are the neighbors disciplined, no full volume Videoke everyday, does everyone park in the street, are pets not allowed to roam without a leash or without their owners, etc.. As a home buyer, these I think are as important or more important than the actual house itself because you can always make renovations inside your house but it's very hard and often impossible to make changes to other people and your community for the better. Peace and quiet is so hard to find and should be a bigger investment for everyone when buying a house.
My very words exactly from years ago. But the response I got was “cannot show other houses due to privacy issues”. “It’s better po to just show up and see the place for yourself” type of response. My thinking is if I knew that the area is not to my standards, then it saves me a trip and time. But, realtors and sales agents are convinced that you might like it after all 😂
The community is decent. This is not an exclusive subdivision but it is a decent place where you have active neighbors. The typical community where there are sari-sari stores, children playing in the streets, neighbors know each and everyone in the neighborhood. It is still a subdivision by Camella Homes so people here are hardworkers.
